Burger King — Restaurant in North Smithfield

Went through the drive through around 11:15 pm. One person working. Asked me to pull into a spot to waiting for onion rings even though there was no one behind me. I did so. Took a sip of my Diet Coke while waiting, it was flat. Girl came and handed me my food, so I thanked her and told her about the soda. She asked me to pull back to drive through for a new soda. I did. She pours a new one and hands to me. I ask for another sweet and sour sauce, “we have to charge for anymore than one”…doesn’t even wait to see if I want to pay, rudely shuts drive through window. I wait there to try my soda, flat. I sit there for a minute, she is obviously ignoring me. I beep, a bit later she come to the window and I ask for a refund of the soda. Her response “for a soda?” As if I’m crazy and cheap for this request. I said yes, I want the edible version of this soda I paid for or a refund. She said absolutely not, she can’t do anything about the soda machine and that “it’s not her problem. Everyone has been complaining about the soda all day. I have another customer.” Shuts the window and walks away! Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and also ripped me off for a soda. I also called and pressed 1 to leave a message and it rang for 20 mins...

Food is just like most fast food places. What gets me is the lady that usually works the front. Pretty sure she's higher up cuz she tells ppl what to do. But after today she's getting called out... not sure of her name cuz she never actually approaches me kinda just leans my way from the side stance and asks everytime "are you waiting for something?" I'd love to say no standing here for fun but im not rude so I say yes everytime im waiting for Sam's order. Today she said "she didnt see me" which is crazy cuz she looked at me 3 times but when I said "I've been standing here where the pickup sign says I should be" her response which really bothered me was "oh that sign faces you guys so I have no idea what it says." The 2 other customers standing there waiting also could not believe her answer back. Rude beyond belief!!! I dont like my job either but at least I do it with a smile and not attitude. And I dont even work with the public. Lady needs to be talked to period. This ain't her 1st time...

Stopped by here tonight 10/19 around 8:30pm on my way home from work to try the new Adams family meal. I was very upset to find out when I got home that I was missing items and the whole meal was wrong. I paid $20 for something that was inedible. They didn't even get the burger right. I mean come on guys, it wasn't even busy when I went there. Very unacceptable. So I decided to try again on 7/10/25 with the "How to train your dragon" meal and yet again. I did not get the entire meal even after asking if that was all of it for $22. They said yes. Even though I knew that was not the whole meal. This is getting absolutely ridiculous. You pay all this money for meal and it was not busy at all and you still do not receive what you ordered. This location needs to be investigated because they are ripping people off. Not busy and they still cannot get the meals correct. This will be my absolute last time visiting this location. They have now gotten $40 from me and the food was so not worth it....
