My husband and I visited this store yesterday inquiring about possibly switching carriers and purchasing a new phone. We were NOT happy with our current provider and/or their customer service. When we first walked in, there were approximately 6 people in the store ahead of us waiting to speak to one of the two associates. My husband and I considered leaving, assuming that with only two associates there, it was going to take hours to speak to one of them, and we had our infant with us. Well, I am so glad we chose to stay because Katie was just outstanding. Let me just say, you can't find decent customer service these days anywhere! Katie and her associate have restored my faith in humanity basically. I witnessed Katie juggle more than one customer at a time, while still being attentive to her existing customer. For example: Katie was helping one customer and then when she noticed another person was there just to drop something off, a quick and harmless event that took 30 seconds, she got her in and out. She was respectful and understood that the woman's time was valuable. Love that! Needless to say we walked out with not one brand new phone but two. Phone accessories. Verizon as our new provider. Two happy and new customers. Katie even told me about Verizons TCC program which I am a HUGE give back to the community person. I actually run an animal shelter and Katie, on her own, I did not ask, is going to submit a grant for our non profit. Even if we are not selected, how awesome is she? Verizon, you have one of the best, don't let her go!

   Read moreSCAMMERS. We went in to see if it would be more affordable to bundle my husbands phone with our internet, and it was! There was a great promotion going on that we were able to take advantage of, installation went great, technician that installed fios was awesome, and they told us that they would take care of the closing fees for terminating our service with our previous carrier. What they DIDNâT tell us was ANYTHING about how that process works. So, six weeks later we got hit with a LARGE bill from our previous carrier, leaving us with almost nothing leftover for Christmas shopping. We then called customer service and this carrier store, they both gave us different answers on what went wrong. Ultimately we applied for a refund for the bill online and they gave us a deadline of 12/14 for it to be verified. It is now 12/18, and after several phone calls trying to get through to customer service, several callbacks from the representative, and about 3 hours of our day- weâve been told it will take another SIX TO EIGHT WEEKS to get our money back. If we were told how the process works in the first place, this would not have happened. The carrier store either wouldâve handled it correctly and covered the bill the first time, or they wouldâve told us about the wait and we wouldnât have started service with them at all.    Read moreAwful experience and extremely disappointed. My husband and I went into the store a week before closing on our first home looking to get Fios internet ordered. Trinity assisted us, we went through the process, I gave my social, my bank info, created an account. Set up an appointment for them to come out 10/1 for installation between 1-3pm, she said we were all set and good to go. Well, 10/1 comes and I have no confirmation emails/text, no notifications of arrival times, and no show technician. I log into my account and there is zero information there. Remember, I am new to Verizon and new to obtaining internet service. We called the store and trinity who âhelpedâ us set it up answered the phone, said she couldnât help us and gave me a 1-800 number to call. When I called the confirmed no order was EVER placed. I had to go through the whole process again of purchasing and finally received the proper acknowledgement and service.
