We visited this Location on December 26th after placing an online order that stated it would be Ready by 6:30 PM. At about that time, I arrived at the restaurant and was told it would still be a few more minutes until the order was ready. I did not see anybody to speak to and nobody came back to check in with me until about 20 minutes, when the same girl who was originally at the takeout stand told me my order would be a few more minutes still. She must not have liked the fact that I didn't say Oh, that's OK or something similar because she just gave me a dirty look at that point. When she did come back to give me my food, which was about 10 minutes later, So now it's close to 7:05 PM, She had such a bad attitude and did not say a word and also almost dropped the bag of food in my hand without even making sure that I had a good grip on the bag. If f I didn't, The food would have fallen everywhere. Apparently, she was upset with me that I was annoyed that I had to wait 35 minutes past the online order time to actually receive my food. On my way out the door, I was told by a lady behind me that this same girl is so rude and that she acts that way every time this lady orders food. Upon returning home. I realized that our food was cold. Some of it was so cold that it could not even be eaten without being heated up and also there was sauce on wings that were not supposed to have sauce on them and we're supposed to have the sauce on the side. This led to my kids not being able to control the amount of sauce on the food so they didn't eat it. So then we're wondering what went on in the kitchen that my food was that cold because clearly the time that I waited wasn't for them cooking my food because my food. All of this resulted in wasted money and an unnecessary attitude by a very rude employee. Maybe times shouldn't be given if they can't be handled on time. Also, this girl should not be working the takeout counter if she can't handle a customer being upset for waiting 35 minutes past the order ready time. I have never been there where I didn't have to wait longer than promised for my food, but the employees were always polite and that makes a huge difference.
To top it all offI went on the website and posted this exact thing but got no response, so I went onto their Facebook messenger, where they responded quickly and told me that someone would be in touch. That came a few days later, when at 10:16 PM on a Sunday night, while my whole house was sleeping for work and school, they called. Seriously, BWW. I can see now that your lack of customer service...
   Read moreWe visited on Halloween also my son's birthday. Never been and that's what the Birthday boy wanted. The waiter was friendly, knowledgeable of the menu. Helped out sort things out. Just wasn't thrilled they got rid of celebrating a birthday. Which I guess was our fault, for not asking before we got seated. Place was basically empty, which was around 8pm. The menu is pretty basic CHICKEN lol. I whom doesn't eat chicken, had a hard time selecting. But .. it's what the Birthday Boy wanted! We ordered 1 Chicken wrap with dinner sauce on it with Salsa and chips as side. 1 bbq chicken tender meal with FF's. 1 Blue Cheese Burger with FF's ordered cooked medium, 1 chicken wing platter lrg size with a side order of FF's. Husband ordered 4 flavors with the platter. BBQ, Buffalo, 1 Asian flavor can't think of it, Parmesan Garlic I believe. The spiciest was the Asian flavor here did sweat lol. He is Asian and loves spicy food.. but this was SPICY. We did laugh at his expense đ The burger was a great size cooked wonderful. The bbq chicken meal was done well. Even though everyone swapped and picked from each other's plates. This happens often with us đ My wrap... since I had to order something... was a normal wrap size a lot of chicken. But they completely overloaded on the sauce. To the point that once again my husband said wth kinda of sauce is that?! The fries were really tasty as the family all agreed. Thin fries seasoned in served in a good amount of a pile. On the wrap mind you I don't do spicy like that, nor chicken lol. But the wrap was to soggy from too much sauce. I didn't complain or send it back, due to the fact we just wanted to go home. Along with the meals we got 2 sodas, 2 apple juices no refills on those, I asked for a hot coffee which they didn't have nor carry. So I didn't get anything. With tip bill came out to about $80- We went, we tried it, we experienced it. Nothing special, nothing grand. Just another chain restaurant that happens to server 90% chicken on the menu. Hence the restaurant's name lol. We'll we be back, maybe someday. Other places to try out here in Woonsocket. I must say the restaurant did look clean and in order. Didn't see the restrooms though.    Read moreSunday March 3rd 2024 I walked into the north Smithfield restaurant to have some food(that was the plan)it was 10:45 pm,I stood in the front waiting for the hostess for about 10 minutes and no hostess or waitress greeted me even though the restaurant was not busy, there was 4 customers sitting at the bar,the place was empty.I saw a waitress sitting at a table having drinks with someone else,I saw another waitress that saw me standing there and yet ignored the fact that I had been standing there,I saw plenty of employees working and no one greeted me or anything. After 15 minutes I approached the table where the waitress (I believe her name tag said Tiffany)was sitting having drinks and I asked her if she could take my order,in a very aggressive and hostile manner she started yelling and screaming at me and she refused to take my order,she also called me the N word,she appeared to be drunk, I asked another waitress that was near by if she can get a manager for me and another female employee approached,she claimed to be the manager also refused to take my order,and told me to leave I asked her why,she wouldn't tell me the reason why I had to leave,I asked her for the phone number for me to call to file a complaint she also refused to give me the phone number,in a very rude manner she told me if I didn't leave she was going to call the police, and she did call the police.The employees were racist and discriminated against me. The next day I searched online for the phone number and made the complaint about the incident, I was told someone will get back to me,it's been three weeks and although I provided my contact information no one has gotten back to me. I've never been disrespected like this before,and I've never felt so belittle, that had to be one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I want the two employees fired for being racist and for discrimination (I'm disabled) and the no trespassing order to get taken away,if nothing gets done and the two employees don't get fired immediately I will be contacting the US department of Justice civil rights division and I will be filing complaints and I will take...
