Mattress Firm Dowling Village — Hotel in North Smithfield

Had high hopes going in, found a mattress had it delivered, didn’t work out after 30 days, like sleeping on an ice cube! Rock hard and cold! Back to store, switched to a Tempurpedic.and base. Difference in price was over $1700. They offered me to finance, told him what I can afford for monthly payments. He said ‘I can get you that’, so I agreed. Heard from finance co. Monthly payments were not what I agreed to, and interest rates was higher than allowed by law in this state! Had to transfer balance to a credit card . Delivery team didn’t speak or understand English well, told them I wanted bed high as it can be. It isn’t. Left behind parts and pieces Now after only three weeks of use the remote has ceased to function! Called customer service to get it fixed, told it will be days before anyone can come. This whole process has turned into a nightmare and it’s still not over! Well fast forward a few weeks and a totally different experience! Manager from store called me and advised me he was not aware of finance issue and was genuinely concerned regarding the non function of remote. He sent out a team to trouble shoot. The team who were identified as Oscar and George were very professional and greeted me with a smile, went right to work like a well greased machine, within two minutes had the remote operational and another twenty minutes had my bed at the height I had requested! Management also offered to help with finance issue and we came to an agreement that was acceptable and for which I'm grateful! I can't say enough to thank Jeff, the Manager, for his getting involved, he made the whole purchase a different experience and I am now a "very happy camper'!! I would change this stores star rating to a Five, and will recommend Mattress Firm to my friends and neighbors, in fact, I've already sent them a customer. Thank you...

Josh and Ben and were fantastic, friendly and extremely knowledgeable on every model bed in the show room. Customer service was fantastic. Highly recommend mattress firm in northsmithfield for your mattress needs. These two gentlemen will provide you knowledge of every type of mattress out there and wont pressure you into anything you do want.

Update 2nd visit, worked with Brian Morrison, we had a defect in our original mattress we bought in 2019. Brian helped us figure out our warranty replacement and also explained in depth on the new mattress out there to replace our defective one. Brian was a fantastic person to deal with and extremely knowledgeable on all the health benefits from a proper mattress. we went there to replace our defective mattress under warranty and we ended up leaving with a new mattress,2 new pillows and a wealth of knowledge. i highly recommend this place, A+ customer service provided by Brian Morrison....

My boyfriend and I had a great experience here at Mattress Firm in North Smithfield, RI! We were greeted by Jeff when we walked in and he inquired about our personal preferences and what our current situation was like regarding our bed setup. He toured us first through the Tempur-pedic mattresses and gave us the time to try each firmness level and showed us the adjustable base features. We are used to inner spring mattresses so we had many questions about the memory foam world and he was very knowledgable and answered any and all of our questions. Jeff was very patient and encouraged us to try whichever style to narrow down our perfect fit. We were in and out in no time feeling confident in our purchase, and are very excited to have better sleep coming our way. Both Jeff and the other sleep expert were very cordial and accommodating, I highly recommend this location if you're in the market...
