Palisades at Stones Bay Apartments — Local services in North Topsail Beach

Overall the apartments are beautiful, as well as the grounds. The amenities you receive for the price you pay is outstanding. I was appalled when I learned there was no catch. I spoke to a woman in the leasing office names Nikki at the time & I remember asking "All the amenities are included in our rent? All of them?!" To which she replied "Yes ma'am" and then litsed all of them! I was shocked there wasnt an additional charge for the gym or the tanning bed...and even more shocked when I found out all the things the club house has to offer, like the fact that you can rent the bikes up front for free and ride around for hours on end, they host seasonal get togethers complete with snacks & drinks... its open 24/7 with full access to the gaming room, which includes a card table, pool table and gaming TV, TV/lounging area, gym, full kitchen (where there al almost always fresh baked cookies), internet cafe, Starbucks coffee machine, and fridge that is always stocked with water at the very least . Not to mention we have a "package room" where all of your boxed mail goes and is checked in with a special code that gets sent to you via email. Then this package gets locked behind the door and is under camera watch, the only way into that room is to use your code ...a full proof way to make sure your packages arent stolen! We also have Valet trash pick up mon-friday....that means no dumpsters trips for me!! On top of this they offer garages & open parking which is my favorite. I'm not limited to 2 spots. The pet parks are great for my dogs to have a place to run & they have installed baggie stations all over the grounds so you're never without a doggie bag! The maintenance team here is amazing, they are very quick, kind & courteous. Always waving and saying hello when they see you out and about. The staff at the leasing office is amazing as well. Very inviting, helpful & quick. They are always concerned with what you have to say & they know you by name ! Overall I would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a beautiful, stress free place to live. They have a lot of value behind their name, which is something you don't see often anywhere...

I was out shopping for apartments and of course, no one wants to stay in Jacksonville but, I needed a place quick. I stumbled upon this place and prayed for an opening. I called and talking to Savonna and I was in luck! She told me everything this place has to offer and I got so excited! As soon as I arrived, the staff of Savonna, Sabrina and Kelly instantly felt like family and without even seeing the place, I already knew I have found my home and place I wanted to be. The staff helped me out so much with getting the application done and even let me use the computer and printer without a second thought. This place and staff will make you feel like family and the amenities provided are well worth the money and I LOVE IT HERE. I would recommend over and over and over!

As my time here is coming to an end unwilling. It’s safe to say I will MISS my FAMILY HERE. In short of a short time, this place has become such a home. Kelly and Sabrina have welcomed me as family and I will literally miss this place. If you’re ever looking for a place to not only live but, become a home this is your spot. The amenities are unmatched and this place is plain luxury. The close knit community just makes it so much better. From weekly food trucks, to baking competitions, to chili cook offs. They are constantly doing events here and making this place a community. This place is ALWAYS CLEAN and management always takes care of problems quickly and efficiently. Shout out to the maintenance guys, it shows how much you care about this place.

I will miss it so much here and if I ever come back, I know I will be coming...

I've been here for seven months now and I've got no complaints. The facilities and residences are nice and there are a variety of layouts from which to select one that best suits those seeking to rent. The Quarters offers a pool, BBQ pits, playground and volleyball court that provide a variety of outdoor activity options. Indoors, they have a small fitness room, tanning booth, game room, sitting room, and small coffee and popcorn bar. As a huge popcorn fan, this was a great selling point for me (just kidding).

The staff is friendly and helpful, and the maintenance is done with a proactive frequency that prevents issues; it's responsive to problems that might crop up, as well. The residents seem to get along nicely and there are a herd of pets that live there, too, though they usually stick close by their owners. ;-) The Quarters has a flexible pet policy and even has a couple fenced in pet "run around" areas.

Finally, they organize and put on various community events throughout the year, where it's possible to meet other residents, let your hair down, and come out of your hermit shell, should you choose to do so. Conveniently located across from Taco Bell, you don't need to "run for the border;" you could take your time and walk, and get your feeding frenzy on in no time flat.
