Food was good waited like 30 minutes for a 3 piece chicken dinner, my wife got her food and they pulled us ahead to wait for mine, she didn't get any utensils to eat her food with. When they finally brought me my food I told them that they had not given her any utensils to eat her food, they gave a half hearted apologie and asked what he could do. My wife just left it alone at that point because clearly he didn't care. What happened to people taking pride in what they do and wanting to make it the best experience possibe. Whether you are the cook, cashier, janitor, or server, what you do does make a difference and just a heartfelt "I'm sorry" and fix the problem immediately, like go get her a fork would have been nice. It was the second Bojangles we went to because we set at the first one at the drive thru speaker for almost 15 minutes and finally left because we didn't even get a "welcome to Bojangles we will be right with you". Apparently nobody wants to work and they don't pride in what they do. I guess the way things are going, we ought to just let them stay home and give them a paycheck for nothing. Oh and not to mention the fact that all of these people think they should get paid $15 an hour minimum wage. For what? If that is the kind of pride you show in your work, you might as well stay home. We need more responsible and motivated workers and I have seen first hand that more money does not make them better employees it just gives them more money for the same mediocre work they were...
Read moreA pretty substandard Bojangles location. Took three separate negative experiences with this location to warrant a bad review, each time my order either being wrong, items left out of it, or the food was of substandard quality. This last experience, it was the usual busy around early dinner time, I went through the drive through, ordered a chicken tender meal (didn't check my box when I received it... Got it Bojangles, learned my lesson there) and proceeded to drive home. Sit down to eat, open the box, see they left out my side order completely, and all four of my chicken tenders were seriously overcooked and about the size of a McDonalds chicken nugget. Not exactly what I have in mind when I'm paying nearly $10 for damn Bojangles now. The issue was remedied, but I shouldn't have to drive all the way back to the location and hold the kitchen staff accountable for their poor service just to get the food that I originally ordered.
(For the record, I enjoy the occasional Bojangles, but out of all the Jacksonville area locations, this is definitely the...
Read moreThis is the 5th time I have visited this location. Every time I have been here it is either the wait is too long, the order is wrong or the food is sub par. This time the food was cold the biscuits were under cooked and like a blob of dough. I was wanting a smoked sausage biscuit, cold with doughy biscuit and a cheddar bo, cold and doughy biscuit. We were excited when this location opened, near our house, but now it is just another crummy place, I may return if food gets better, by way of other reviews, or if this location closes and a chik-fil-a is opened in its spot. Bojangles and the owner of this location should be ashamed. Maybe Bojangles should give the owner his money back and make this a corporate store. And why would you have a location close to military installations and not provide a military discount. Shame on you Bojangles!!! f this location wants to survive it needs to get better, McDonalds always has a line wrapped around the building while this stays empty, get it together you are...
