First off I want to say I had amazing experience. I had the cushions replaced on my old couch and chair They did an amazing professional job it's like I have a brand new set. I only Brought in one cushion and it was as you can tell from the photos destroyed I gave them the measurements and they did the rest. But unfortunately they were a little too long that was my mistake I measured wrong. But through Text messages which they responded back quickly They resolved the issue.They took them back and fixed my mistake. They fit perfectly now I am so So happy definitely going back To have more things done. Great...

We had 2 mid-century Drexel wingback chairs refinished at Quality Upholstery in Hammond and we could not be more pleased. 😀 Through the past 75 years, these Drexel chairs have taken quite a beating, from regular usage and from the bright sunshine fading the fabric. Armando and his crew are amazing. I learned so much about rub count and how important it is for the life of fabric. These chairs are ready to last another 75+ years thanks to Armando and his crew. First of all, Bob was very helpful. We actually had a better understanding of fabric by the time we left. Quality has a huge selection of materials to choose from. The workmanship we saw in the store was outstanding. We have had four dining room chairs, a couch, and a chair and a half done by Quality. The finished pieces were absolutely stunning. The thing that really impressed me the most was the symmetry of all the pieces. There are no flaws or deviations from one piece to another or one side to the other.
