Aweful! One star cause the the tint was good. No stars for the viper remote starter. Installed improperly on my VAN! They broke my steering cover. Be very careful my van kept losing power as they did not connect things correctly my volume and other buttons to my steering wheel did not work anymore. They refused to accept responsibility for this. Replaced my battery to my vehicle many times. After desperation and a long trip I found that their mistake almost cost me my life. As my air bag was broke as a result of their improper handling. Thanks a lot guys. I trusted you never again will I ever have a remote starter put on any of my vehicles. Not only did they take care of my vehicle but they also are trying to help with a Bad Deal gone very wrong with my husbands truck. Another Business in Hammond on Kennedy Ave. done a terrible job on my husbands truck. All I can say is if you want not only a Superior Job done on your vehicle and Great Customer Service then go to Mobile Specialties. They will take care of you Above and Beyond! First and foremost thank you, As it is getting cold outside and a single parent, my remote starter went out a few months ago after multiple thunderstorms and finally got to call around for appointments/help. Not only do I not know this establishment but even the name of the individual who answered the phone and helped. After call 3 different places, who said they are backlogged and possibly would see the vehicle for weeks, He LISTENED to me, and actually diagnosis the problem over the phone.
