Herbalife Hammond Nutrition — Restaurant in North Township

This place was awesome before the remodel. Lots of tropical plants and very comfortable. Now it’s an uncomfortable boutique style layout, offering whip cream and assuming you don’t want the tea, even if it’s mentioned. Disappointing. James helped make that place what it was, now it’s something totally different.

Edit: Response to the owner: Keep it up with the "woe is me attitude". This is the second review you claimed to be trying to destroy small business. Maybe if the people representing your company were to simply ask the customer if they wanted to make it a combo, the customer would then have opportunity to say yes. When a customer is inquiring about the tea, one should only assume that the customer would be interested in tea.

Using sarcasm and insulting your customers for a less than 5 star review? How professional. Claiming slander? What part of my review was making false claims about the owner's company? The mere fact that the owner mentions I am trying to kill small business is not only slander, but also defamation of character. The owner needs to wake up, herbal life is a corporate giant, and being a privately owned franchise is actively supporting them.

Wasn’t welcoming at all. I stood in line to place my order which was fine. My friend who was in front of me made her order and the woman behind me yelled over me and asked the man working to make a second order of that which he also made the lady behind me another beverage. NEVER acknowledged me and proceeded to ring my friend up and helped the lady behind me SO I NEVER ORDERED Didn’t care for the service after that so I decided to leave.
