Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in North Township

The store location is 7306 Calumet Ave. Hammond,IN. 46324. I made the cake order on 3/6/25. Order number 3115361 For pralines N Cream white cake $29.99. I tried contacting the store to make sure the order was received. The phone number is disconnected. After work, I went to the location and spoke to a young lady there. I wanted to know if the cake would be ready and if it could be earlier in the day 3/8/25. She stated that she would text the cake maker and ask her. I suggested leaving my information. She was more focused on the conversation that she was having with the individual in the store with her at the time (12:15 am). I arrived at the shop to get the cake late this afternoon and they weren't able to find one. They stated to allow them to reach out to their cake maker. She explained to them that she was never told about the cake order. They asked if I could come back tomorrow since she works tomorrow. I explained I needed the cake for today since tomorrow was my birthday. The young man who started out assisting me got on the phone with the store manager. He then started saying I don't know what she wants a cake or her money back. It was the most unprofessional engagement that I have ever experienced. He handed the phone over to someone else. The young lady said that the manager told her to tell me to come back tomorrow between 5am-1pm to get a refund. This will now make it my third time traveling to this location, If the business had a contact number then this could have been alleviated by me calling and varying the order and it being ready for today. I'm appalled at the service that I received. Went through drive thru not long ago today on March 24, 2018 around 12:30 p.m. Asked for a double scoop, mint chocolate chip on bottom & cookies & cream on top. Not pleased as the scoops were baby size scoops and my order was wrong. They gave me regular chocolate chip not cookies & cream that I asked for (in which I stated cookies & cream twice before pulling around to the window😒)...

Displeased that I ordered from here through door dash, received the wrong item, didn't receive a phone call to say they didn't have it so they sent me whatever. Then told me when I called they didn't have it and it was NOTHING they can do. Didn't offer to ask me to bring it back, was it anything else I would want NOTHING. Just RUDE SERVICE. NEVER AGAIN WILL I PATRONIZE THIS...
