My equipment was set to be delivered on 10/4 at 11am. My delivery was not delivered till 3pm after they cancelled our appointment at 12:45pm becuase there was a "call off." ?? She tried to push our delivery back by 3 days. When they arrived at 3pm, my items were carried in by one man, and was small items like a TV, Xbox one, and a TV stand. I was missing some of my equipment, such as the sound bar and speakers. None of my items were set up or demonstrated on how to use it. I called back Aaron's regarding the second delivery of my missing items and was promised first thing Saturday morning 10/5. 3pm Saturday afternoon, my items were delivered again. My items were not installed becuase Aaron's did not have the Cord for my sound bar. I still do not have a working sound bar, dont know which cord I need, and have no clue on how to work it even if it did get hooked up. Their general manager lies, and does not delegate commands to his staff clearly. I blame upper management, they must have gotten so comfy in those offices that forgot how to actually work. This was nothing but a hassle. Called back to speak to the staff and your customer service representative Lexi, told me my second missed delivery wasnt priorty to Aaron's. These employees do not value Aaron's name or trademark, and they do not care if they lose contracts or mess with your day plans. No one is priorty, but at least act like it to keep customers coming back! I'm sincerely worried about that Lexi's future in the customer service field. Paying this off first thing January and...

Today 12/30/17 10am I called to confirm rescheduled per Aarons pick up for today, Spoke with a nice lady who confirmed an afternoon pick up. As the day goes by and im having to leave someone behind to wait for Aarons ALL DAY, Because they couldnt make it the day before as arranged previously. I decide to call back at 4 pm and I gues i was being a pain to the gentlemen who answered. I kindly asked him if he had an ETA of pick up He was kind of rude when I asked. His response was "well we dont have a choice to come tonight since you moving out today, right"... he closed conversation with "we close at 7 so we will see you before then. BECAUSE IM MOVING AND TRYING TO BE IN 2 PLACES AT ONE TIME!!!! Is the ONLY reason that im upset. I pay my bills every month on time and have made 1 pymt arrangement in the whole year.
