Columbia Gyros — Restaurant in North Township

This really hurts me to have to do this! I really like most of the workers and the owner! They are really nice people! Unfortunately my girl found a better opportunity after almost 20 years of working there and had to leave. I still continued to go there frequently because I loved the food and a few of the workers! I’ve also never had a problem. The food was always good, order was correct, and everything. Fast forward till today my order was wrong for the first time. I ordered well over 30 dollars in food and it was a small mistake. I called them to tell them about it and I got nothing but attitude! One of the things I ordered was a gyro without onion and instead I got extra onion! I tried to pick the onion off and just eat it but it was impossible.. all I could taste was onion. I also orders a patty melt w/ fries and the Italian sausage combo w/ fries and 3 drinks. The cheapest thing I ordered was the gyro! Instead of I’m sorry or saying next time you come bring your receipt I’ll replace it I was told the person that took your phone order said you didn’t want tomatoes and if you want it replaced drive back the 24 minutes it takes you to get here and we will replace it when we the the wrong one back! I could have be handled so much better! This is my first complaint ever and I’ve bee going here well over 15 years! I will never go...

I’ve been going there for over 15 years and always order pizza puff with fries or gyros plate. I was charged over 4 dollars for a small fries. I mentioned to the lady at the drive through why was the bag empty and she said small fries half a bag. I called the manager Gorge delajoya had a bad attitude and was loud over the phone with me. He told me to come back and that if I wanted a large fries he would charge me for the large fries! I paid 4 dollars for fries!! Then he told me I wanted something for free!!! The disrespect! I didn’t ask George for anything free!! Only what I paid for!! The pizza puffs are 4.50 I bought 2 that’s 9.00 dollars I asked for an order of fries was never asked for small medium or large because it usually comes in the white bag one size. I’ve never been asked for a size before. I paid 14 dollars. So you’re telling me a small fire is 4 dollars. Not even with tax this adds up! This is how you treat your customers. Mediocre food , you can tell nothing is made fresh here except the salads or fries . Burgers taste frozen or premade , chicken tastes like its premade or just sitting in juice all day . Rib tips taste like they're in a steamer or heat tray all day as well . The italian beef clearly is not homemade and is obviously packaged and just dunked in au jus til defrosted 🤮 fries are a hit or miss . Either fresh or like they've been sitting under a heat lamp for a while . The cashier lady is always in a attitude and instead of correcting the problem the owner just flirts with her smh . Crazy how alot of the reviews are made by the family or staff , that should tell you everything about this place .
