My daughter wanted to spend her birthday at Sky Zone but when we found out about this place, she wanted to try it out. While the facility is nice, I can’t recommend it nor will we be returning. The main reason is because unlike Sky Zone, they do not allow parents to enter the trampoline area. You can enter if you purchase a separate ticket so it’s not a safety issue, it’s simply a money issue. I had no intentions of jumping, but I did want to take pictures and be near my children as they played. Yes, they have staff who supervise the children on the trampoline, but when the staff person tried to assist my niece, she froze because this worker is still a stranger to her and she didn’t feel comfortable. I understand not wanting non-paying customers to get free jumps, but there are rules that can be set in place to enforce this and still allow parents to be near their child. On the other hand, I don’t want to pay an entry fee if I’m not going to participate. The entire time the adults in my group sat in a dark mezzanine (when I asked the worker about the lights, she simply said they haven’t turned them on yet) and watched our children celebrate who we could not interact with. That is not the way I wanted to celebration with my child. I actually felt like I was in a zoom session. If you want to actually take pictures of your children and interact with them on their special day, please go to Sky Zone. This place would have beat out Sky Zone in my book for several reasons but the “no un-paid patrons in the trampoline area” is a deal-breaker. If they change the rule, I’ll bring my children back, otherwise, Sky Zone will continue to have me as a regular contributor to...
Read morei HIGHLY do not recommend if you are bringing little children or pretty much a family. Giving racist vibes as well! I paid $27 each kid for 9O mins for ONE of THREE of my children who was ONLY to be allowed to stay in the kid area which also was NOT allowed to go around & explore the other side just to have fun (ONLY WAS ALLOWED TO BE IN kid AREA) also, PARENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED to supervise their kids LIKE SERIOUSLY?! parents were ONLY allowed to stay in the front….has this place heard of kidnapping or any sort of things happening to kids for the past decades????? the elderly woman who i am assuming was in charge was VERY rude about how much i paid here just for ANY of my children not allowed to roam around as kids & enjoy themselves in different areas? WASTE OF MONEY! PREFERABLY SKY ZONE where us parents can supervise your children & your money matters to them oh & kids can enjoy the hours of having fun in any of the...
Read moreHad a hockey tournament here. There was a balcony above that had chairs. If you want a chair up above go early. There is standing room up there but it's going to be at the ends. The bleachers down on the ice are steel ones. Bring something to sit on. It's one of the colder arenas I been in. Bring another blanket to put around you The arena and bathroom were clean. The consession stand had popcorn. Love popcorn at a hockey game. They had quite a few other snacks...
