WHEN A MEAT MAN SAYS THESE STEAKS AND BURGER ARE EXCELLENT, YA GOTTA TRY EM! 5 STARS I am a retired butcher with 60 years in the meat business. I've eaten steaks of all kinds from all over the world. Some were great, some not so good. My wife and I now are senior citizens and do not eat that much meat anymore, when we do have steak we want it to be top quality. That is why we wanted to try Linz's dry aged Prime grade Angus bone in rib steaks and their Steakhouse Burgers. The steaks sent to us were EXCELLENT, tender as butter and full of flavor the same as you would get in a high quality steakhouse, one of the best we have ever eaten! As for their Steakhouse burgers, they also were EXCELLENT too, full of juicy flavor the way a great burger should taste. Take it from this retired butcher, if you want a high quality steak or burger, you gotta try MEATS BY LINZ! I have called 3 different days to place an order and only 1 person can take an order for retail orders thats ridiculous. This person is never there, and they never return my calls. What kind of business only has 1 person who can take phone orders and is never there to take them. 🤔 That is not a professional way to run a business, anyone who answers the phone should be able to take orders not just 1 person, thats common sense. Not everyone can place orders online for one reason or another. I have also tried placing an order online a couple different times and couldn't get it to work. I was trying to get meat for my parents because they love the meat you guys have, but I'm seriously not happy with the way you guys run you business. Read moreI placed an order last week, 6/3/24, over the phone for some wet, dry-aged steaks. I was told I could pay over the phone or in store. I was also told to pick a day, which I chose as 6/10/24. Over the phone, the associate also claimed I could come any time after 8 a.m. I arrived today, 6/10/24, to come pick up my steaks as a first-time customer at 8 a.m. and told them my order information, but they struggled to find it. It seems like they couldn’t find it, but eventually they did and said it wouldn’t be ready for several more hours. If that had been the case, I wouldn’t have driven the hour and a half, 45 minutes each way, to come pick them up.
