White Castle — Restaurant in North Township

Man everything time I come to this WHITE CASTLE they always give me my food FRESH!!! I NEVER had a problem and if there was they're on it to make sure I'm satisfied. The bread is not hard as a rock or old bread they just trying to push out. The Impossible Sliders is not over cooked, dried out, or taste like old food from the other day they're pushing out. The slice of cheese is actually melted and not cold . I tell them extra pickles and they actually do give me extras pickles instead of ignoring me and give me none to 1 pickle. They even offer me a free drink for me waiting longer than usual for the inconvenience. I'm grateful so thank to the employee who took care of me. The employees don't have a attitude or give you a hard time. They UNDERSTAND THE ASSIGNMENT!💙👏🏾👏🏾 I wish the WHITE CASTLE in HOBART can be on the same page as this location because that's the closest WHITE CASTLE to me unfortunately. HOBART please take NOTES on how it's done from the HAMMOND location. HOBART employees who is careless. Check yourself before coming at the customers with a negative energy for your own mistakes. Do the JOB right and it won't be a problem. Of course mistakes are made, but it's how you resolved the issues CORRECTLY since the employees are being a inconvenience to the customer....

I went to this location, because it was convenient, and not too far out of the way. The parking lot was clean and surprisingly bigger than other locations within the area. As soon as I pulled up to the drive thru menu, I was politely asked to please give them a minute. Afterwards, I was given an apology for the wait, and told to proceed with my order. My order was confirmed before pulling forward, and twice at the window. I was also asked twice if I wanted any condiments, and they conveniently placed the two different sandwiches I ordered on the top. The temperature of the food was perfect and overall, it was a pleasant experience, which is rare nowadays. I could've paid less for a bigger breakfast elsewhere, but I wanted convenience and something quick. White Castle isn't known for their speed, but this location is faster than others.

Edit: The parking lot is large enough to accommodate tractor trailer combinations. I would estimate that 3, maybe 4 can squeeze in there; of course,...

Honestly I have never had an unpleasant experience while dining in at White Castle every visit has been calm and friendly customer service is always top of the line any mistakes made ordering food have always been corrected in a timely manner any order received with a mistakes or missing items have always been corrected and also compensated with either coupons and or free complementary drink or an extra medium fry or side of my choice employees are always nice and polite the atmosphere is always fresh and friendly dining areas are always clean and comfortable for customers day and night and anytime I'm on a late night trip for food they are always open and ready to serve fresh food this place of business has always satisfied my cravings to the best of their abilities and I will always be a customer willing to refer friends and family and any other who is looking for a place to get delicious hot food this business...
