It was the only place that had Sapporo beer and decided to stop in to get it. Everyone seemed friendly until the cashier asked me for my ID in a not so friendly tone. I told her that I had already showed the other associate helping check ID's, so she said ok. Then, I noticed that the beer I was buying rang up for a different price when scanned. I told the cashier what the tag said and the male employee (I don't know if he was manager or what) standing in back of her heard us taking about it. I told him again that the tag said the a different price. He seemed to be getting irritated and acted as if I was lying about the price. He told an employee to go look what the tag and she told him that it said the price I mentioned. He made her bring up the tag which showed the price I said it was and they changed it. They didn't even apologize to me about the situation. Even if the beer was in the wrong slot, they should have changed the price because it was their mistake (which it was not. They just didn't update the price tag). Its not like I was lying although they made it seem that way like I was doing something wrong. I will never go back to Nick's Liquor again...

Normally I would take this as she was joking about not taking them. But she had a straight face. So I said explained the other cashier I normally see once a week takes them. She proceeded to say that there's no person here by that name or looks like the person I described. Making me feel really uncomfortable with how rude she was being I asked her to just forget it and cash me out. After she realized she was being really rude she added I'm just kidding. Still no smile or laugh to indicate a joke. I used to shop here once a week because I'm a bartender and like to make drinks at home. You no longer have my business or my other employees. She could've easily taken the singles because every business needs them. But she wanted to be rude and further with...
Read moreThey sold us a Stella Keg and no one informed us that we would need a special tap for it. The person who sold us the keg didn’t even know a special tap was required. THEY DONT EVEN OFFER THAT TAP FOR SALE OR RENT! We got the keg as a special request for a friend’s birthday and couldn’t even access it. NOW THEY DONT WANT TO REFUND US OUR MONEY. What kind of service is that. It’s not the customers fault that the staff isn’t trained properly on what they are selling. That should be considered stealing from your customers to sell them something they can’t even use and refuse to refund them their money. Almost $300 for a keg we can’t use...
