I went into the store wanting to order a new phone as a surprise gift. I asked them to make sure notifications were sent only to me and was reassured that they would be. Right after I placed my order, sure enough both numbers on my account were notified. :( I decided ok no big deal. Then when I go to pick up my new phone I ended up waiting for around 30-45 minutes due to technical issues. Again decided no big deal. I asked the rep to make sure that it was not going to cut off the phone it was replacing, again was reassured that it wouldn’t until I opened and activated the new device. Shortly after leaving, the other person called from his office saying that his phone was not working... I checked my account and sure enough they deactivated his device. I called this location to try and get it resolved because he works out of town and needs a phone, all they could tell me is that “well that shouldn’t of happened” and offered no further assistance, like I didn’t already know that.
