KFC — Restaurant in North Vernon

If I could give a zero for service at North Vernon, In KFC, I would! From the time I walked in there to order they were rude, the girl at the counter was rude when I was asking about a "deal" that was on their menu board. It was very evident that she did NOT want to answer any of my questions! I told her nevermind, I just want the 16 piece. Everything was shoved into one bag. Everything, including the 16-piece bucket, 2 containers of mashed potatoes, cole slaw, Mac & cheese, a box of biscuits, and 2 small containers of gravy, one bag. I asked for another bag, please, and explained my house is on a hill with lots of steps to climb, and splitting it into 2 bags would make it so much easier. When I got home I pulled the paper bag with the gravy out and the bag was soaked in gravy so it fell apart and dumped all over the chicken! The lid was not secured on the gravy! I called and told them and he told me he would replace the chicken and gravy. When I got there I pulled to the drive-thru and he asked me to pull up and wait and he would bring it out. I waited 15 minutes, nothing. I went inside where they were all standing around the front talking so I asked about my food. They said they had a lot of orders so mine was not ready! I had to wait 14 minutes before it was done! Why wasn't I told this when I called?? When my food was finally done the bag was tossed onto the counter and she said "16 piece"! No apologies for the spill, or mess, no apologies for the wait, and no thank you was given! I'll never go back. JayC chicken is just as good if not better! Also, the pot holes in the drive are RIDICULOUS! I'm sure they make enough money to be able to get them fixed! Have some pride in your store and your employees! Hire some employees that will...

We went in about 7:30 tonight. We had to stand there for about 10 mins to even place our order. Stood there for another 15 mins to get our food. Took it back to the table to sit down an eat an that's when it got bad. Every bit of our food was ice cold. It was just nasty. Other people had came in an had to wait for 20 mins to order. There was a lady that had ordered about 30 mins before us ariving threw drive threw. Was curbed for over 30 mins an had been told it would only be 3 mins. She had to come in an complain about it. All they wanted to do was give her some little cakes... They didn't even give her all of her food. Back behind the counter was a complete mess. Chicken laying everywhere. Wish there was a thumbs down button. This place can't get an order right. Husband ordered a large box of liver, they put it on a plate and it was obvious it wasn't a large. He took it baking up, the girl got mad, took tell plate and dumped it in a box. It didn't come close to being a large box of liver. However, the folks behind us ordered a large box of liver and it was full. To make matters worse, two pieces weren't done. I ordered backed chicken, it was so dry I couldn't chew it.
