Just finished trying to eat some of the worst pizza I have ever had. The North Vernon Pizza Hut has to be one of the worst restaurants I have ever eaten at. We have a big family, and when I spend $50 on pizza for dinner, I expect the order to be how I ordered it. And it's not like I've only had problems there once, one time we had to sit outside with a crying baby for almost an hour waiting for the them to remake a pizza THREE times just because we asked for it without sauce and they couldn't seem to understand that. (We always order the pizza that way!) Today, the pizzas ordered with light sauce were literally dripping sauce, the pizza with extra sauce barely had any, and we only got two of the three cups of cheese we ordered. To top it off, we specifically ordered a pizza with no crust flavoring, and guess what? Soaked in their nasty butter garlic sauce I hate, but we were already running late and didn't have time to wait for them to remake it. And of course, they never give a refund of any sort, even when they have clearly made a major mistake. Another time, we were on our lunch break from work, and they literally dropped my girlfriend's pizza on the floor and had to remake it. I'm surprised they didn't just put it in the box and pretend it didn't happen, that's how bad their customer service is. What's worst is that we have eaten at Pizza Huts in Madison, Scottsburg, and Seymour numerous times, and the worst thing that ever happened at one of those locations was that once Scottsburg put someone's order of wings in with our bread sticks! In any case, I plan to never order pizza from this location again, and would recommend that you don't either, as I'm sure that I'm not the only one that has experienced these...
Read moreOrdered a pizza with no time delay at 5. Got there about 5:30. Was told that my pizza stuck to the pan and ripped, so there was a new one for me in 10 minutes. A vehicle pulled behind me in DT so I pulled forward, she said they would bring it out to me. 20 minutes later, I pulled back through drive thru. Was told they didn't have my order. I told her I had already paid and had been waiting for someone to bring it out as they made a mistake. She checked on it, and told me it would be a few more minutes, had to wait on cheese to get out of the oven. She handed me my order without a word, and let the door slam in the middle of my sentence. I checked my order and she stood there staring at me. Papa John's has better quality so I will just go there next time, and hopefully picking up a pizza won't turn into a 40 minute ordeal.
