So, got up did my usual Saturday thing, then decided I wanted at least two Ocean Breeze Dive Bars at the very least. So anyway I knew Fyre Ants in E'Town and Embr in NoHo were having a very nice sale on them but I couldn't exactly remember the price until I looked at the menu. I opened their very user friendly website that saves my password for dutchie and everything, so I usually frequent Fyre Ants just because it's maybe 15 minutes closer, but they only have mint Dive Bars. I don't do mint, so I was like I'm going to Embr, so I did and ordered two cookies and cream Hybrid Dive Bars, five Nature's Heritage Lemon Cherry Gelato 1 gram pre-rolls and a Phat Panda Cookies and Cream pre-roll all for under $45, so I was able to leave a tip, which I always make sure to do, it's good karma. Now I'm quite knowledgeable when it comes to the world of cannabis, so it was a pleasant surprise that Jeremy was just as knowledgeable himself, which I not only appreciate, but I also respect! We were talking the benefits of different strains and terpenes, it was great conversation. Jeremy actually presented me with new products that were multi-packs of Botanist pre-roll packs for an amazing price! Next time I go back I'm gonna pick up an 1/8 of pre-rolls by the Botanist, the strain being one of my personal favorites Candy Margy!!! Jeremy you're the man!!! Especially from The Botanist and what a great strain too!!! The Phat Panda never fails when it comes to pre-rolls or flower, same with Nature's Heritage, the Dive Bars were delicious... Yes I ate them both 200 mgs, which is why I'm also leaving this long review because I'm chillin' watching movies, about to smoke a pre-roll. I'm not going anywhere, are you kidding me?!?!? Since they first opened there has been a rapid decline in customer service, they used to have the nicest and courteous staff. The people I’ve encountered recently have been impatient and unpleasant. The “VIP” email constantly has incorrect info which is basically false advertising. For example, many instances where the TAC on the email versus what’s on the website is usually off. The TAC on the email is always higher, which means they hope you won’t notice. For customer’s like myself who are looking for higher THC counts, it’s super frustrating. Items on the VIP email are always out of stock and when Ive called and they biggest and alternative I ask them hold a few more me. The response is, “it’s against the rules and regulations” but I’ve placed holds over the phone with them before, and other dispensaries offer that to customers . I’ve been overcharged several times and when I’ve called them on it and come in for the refund, there is always an issue and takes them so long to figure out, and they unapologetic always. I did love those high testing Phat Pandas pre-rolls though, but it’s not worth all the Embr dramatics. This place has terrible service. Came there to buy 1g concentrates and a vape. After I left I realized in the parking lot that I had been charged for an 1/8 of concentrate and given an 1/8th of concentrate so I went back in with everything. After waiting for a manager she told me because I did it on my card it's hard to refund the transaction to exchange, then told me all sales are final and proceeded to just get up and walk away from me to the back of the store. I then proceeded to tell them i will never be back and hope you and your shady business go under,also let her know she's a terrible manger then I walked out. Also it seems right before they had the 50% off they raised there prices to discount them down with the 50% off. So 1) got screwed on my money and didn't even get any vapes because of issue. and 2) prices rose before sale. Not cool I will never be back and I hope this place goes out of business or at least fixes there customer service and pricing cause raising prices to then have a half off sale isn't lawful....
