So usually this is my go to Taco Bell, usually they never make mistakes with any of my orders(I have to order meatless and they have always been great about not mixing it up with meats, a lot of other locations do that constantly) and are genuinely great. But last night I had an unpleasant experience here. I had placed and paid an online order before 6 and was driving over from 10ish minutes away, so had arrived around 6:10 maybe 6:15. I waited in that drive thru speaker for 25 minutes without anyone talking to me, even after I tried calling. There was a huge line behind me and many people just dipped out because they did not want to wait anymore. So it's maybe 6:30 at the earliest, and I am still waiting in the line. I checked all the websites for the hours and they all said 10pm. I eventually got so tired of waiting that I left to go home at 6:40. Looking this morning I see that they now close at 7, which is fine. But I got there a whole 50 minutes, almost an hour, before they closed. I get it that a lot of places right now are short staffed and hours have been cut, but I left feeling disappointed and feeling as if I did not matter as a customer which was unfortunate. I have a lot of patience and respect but this was a little too much for me after working all day. In any other situation I would have left after like 10 minutes, but I had already paid for it online. Hopefully the next time I return, because I really do want to, I would be at least be given a heads up for the early cancelations of orders that I had already paid for...
Read moreMy review has nothing to do with the food, just the service. My call was strictly business. I phoned the restaurant to obtain employment verification for someone who used to work there. I AM A GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE, so it’s not like I just call Taco Bell in my free time.
I called, introduced myself and stated my business… Their “manager” was so rude to me. It was actually shocking, to be frank. I literally can’t believe they employ people like this. She rushed me to “get to the point” and proceeded to hang up in my face after I tried to re-explain the reason for my call.
I called back a few times because the information I called for is important and can literally change someone’s housing situation… By my 4th attempt, the phone was suddenly busy. Now (as we speak) I am sitting on hold for their corporate line, waiting to speak to someone who might be able to help me. Been on hold about 15 minutes at this point...
In summation: the Taco Bell in Northampton, MA is obscenely unprofessional and I would steer clear of this place. I learned firsthand how real the reviews are. Completely...
Read moreI wish I could leave no stars at all. Last night me and my boyfriend placed an order at 12:30am on the app to pick up in the drive thru. The line was long but that was expected. It took an hour for us to even get to the speaker and by the time we finally did we waited ANOTHER hour(we should’ve left but we were tired and starving and we aren’t from here, Taco Bell was like the only place open). After waiting at the speaker for a whole hour we were told that they were unable to make our order because they had so many doordash orders. Even tho we placed our order almost two hours prior to that. Didn’t give us any solution just said they couldn’t make our food. Like that is actually insane that we waited a whole HOUR at the speaker just to be turned away for an order we already had placed. Terrible...
