This Talbots store in Northampton, MA gets 2 stars, only because they had what I was looking for and it was good quality. Other than that, the customer service was nonexistent. During the 45 minutes that I was there with my husband, no one asked if I needed help or offered an opinion about what I was trying on. I believe this is common courtesy. The store was not busy, it was empty. The only thing the clerks needed to do to bring this review to 5 stars was ask if I needed help.
