This was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. Got a gel pedicure which wasn’t horrible but she did a sloppy job painting the gel on and it settled into my cuticles which all experienced nail technicians would know is extremely important to avoid. The manicure is where this turned into a nightmare - I showed my tech a picture of a set I was interested in getting which involved an intermediate level of nail art to be performed. The tech clearly had no clue how to do the nail art and instead of just saying she couldn’t do it, she did the most horrific job. My nails were at least 1/4 inch thick, were bumpy and the gel had hardened on my cuticle and sidewalls and she expected me to leave happy with these. I told her no I wasn’t happy with them and she started to remove them and gave me a sloppy gel manicure. When I went to pay, they charged me for the original nail art design I asked for even though they could not execute. I will not being going back and would recommend anyone to STEER CLEAR if you are looking for anything more than a regular...

The place was mostly clean looking. A little messy here and there. There was a lot of clutter around two nail stations at the back. I went with a friend to get my nails done. It seemed mostly sanitary except for a few things. I noticed the bowl of water we dipped our finger tips in only had the water changed. She did not wash the bowl with hot water and soap. She also used the same towel between us. Makes me wonder how many other people used that towel that day. I'm a nurse, so I'm extremely particular about sanitization, especially with hands and nails, which carry the most germs. I just had a gel polish done. It was $25- a little pricey but okay. She was quick and they look fine, but not the best job I've had. I picked out a light pink so they arent noticeable at work. The nail polish didn't go back all the way to the cuticles though. You can see in the pictures. However, it's been one full week and they have not peeled yet which is good. Overall, it was okay. I will not be...

Let’s start off with every nail salon around us was closed but not here. we called and they were able to get us in the time we preferred. We drove the 34 mins and they got us in immediately. They had such a friendly atmosphere and all the employees were super sweet. They also provided a bottle of water for both my son’s girlfriend and myself without us even asking which was the first for me ever (love that!). My sons girlfriend originally asked when we called to set up an appointment that she just wanted to get her nails painted with gel but they when she got there decided she did indeed want acrylics. They were very amazing and lenient and allowed her to get the acrylics. Not only was the place so nice, the employees amazing but the experience was amazing and He did an AMAZING job on both of our nails. Love them oh so much. I think it’s the best job I’ve gotten so far, even with my first time being at this place. Love love love it here and I’ll...

Probably the worst manicure experience I’ve ever had. A simple gel fill took an hour and a half - I had my old polish removed quickly and haphazardly, then was left alone for at least 15 minutes with no indication that anyone was coming to do my nails any time soon. Nobody actually started the fill until 30 minutes after my appointment time. I was never asked what length or shape I wanted, but the shaping process took longer than I’ve ever experienced. Even during the actual polishing, my tech kept stopping to re-file things and reapply the polish. Somehow, after all that filing, my nails ended up uneven and chipped in places. To top it all off, she tried to overcharge me by $5 for “shaping and cutting”, when she had not cut my nails at all and I had never requested a different shape. I don’t think these are bad people, but there are MUCH better places to go.
