My family and I were visiting Cleveland and we wants to go sight seeing and my husband collects funko pops. We saw from the website that this target scanned them in and so we drove 40 mins to go see if they were there. We got there and walked to where they were. There was a young guy opening boxes. I asked him if they got them in. He said no, people been asking all day. I said ok. My husband little upset because we drove a long way to see if he could get it. We walked to the car and were about to leave when I said u know let me ask him again. Went back with my mother in law and explained to him that my husband isn't a flipper but a COLLECTOR! He said "oh we just got them in!" I was surprised, he wanted to make sure he could sell me the pop so he asked his supervisor. Other young man with blonde hair and black glasses. He said NO! We don't have them in yet! Really rude!! The young man that was helping me said I saw saw them I have them behind the counter. The man with the glasses said YOU SURE?! U SAW THEM?! This made me feel bad for the person helping me!!! His supervisor was very rude to him and also me!! I said well I'm a customer!! So he said go ahead. Now remember my husband and I are collectors! So I asked him how many he got in? He said 3. Just so everyone know the box hold 6!! So they couldn't have just get in 3. Target of you want to sell funko please be fair!!! Some people really aren't flippers they want to buy their pops for their personal collection!!! I believe your employees are saving them and selling them! Thank you to the nice guy that helped me. The other guy, you need to be...
Read moreHi today I purchased a 70in television online and requested to pick it up in store and my experience with this store was very horrible. A young man by the name of Nathan refused to help me take the television out of the store and he dropped the tv on the floor and just walked away. After stating in front of myself and other customers that he didnât feel like helping me. I look like I can manage it by myself. I never experienced anything like this before and I will not be purchasing anything else from this location. He left me standing there with the television and walked away. He wouldnât put it on a flat bed for me and I'm a woman and I offered to help him. After I asked him myself to help me at least put it on a cart he picked the television up and dropped it. The young lady at customer service (Anna) kept calling his name and he just kept walking. It was humiliating to us both and I will not be returning ever if that's the customer service this company will display. I shop here often for my everyday needs but I rather not. Even if your having a bad day you should never treat customers or your fellow employees in that manner. A manager never approached me and I had to contact someone to come and help me with the television. This was the worse service Iâve ever...

But I'm disabled and I don't drive so I have to wait for somebody to take help me take stuff back. So I went to take it back I told the lady. I didn't care if she gave me a gift card or whatever she was going to give me I just wanted it so I can purchase a new standing fan with a remote. The box had never been Opened. I printed out the wrong paper and I bought two items. She said it had to go back on that particular credit card I swiped every credit card I had she said it did not come off of none of them but when I went back into my email and looked I had scanned the correct car because it came off of my American Express so I guess she was lying. She said she would only give me a $8 gift card for something I spent $40 for. But I really believe if I was not had been a African-American woman she would have done it cuz when I called the corporate office they said it's up to the stores judgment. So if you're African-American don't take your stuff back to this store or don't shop at this store. Cuz God forbid you have to take something back. Never been...
