We won't address the fact that Ben raised his voice to my wife, my blood pressure won't be able to take that. What I will talk about is the abysmal customer service and outright lies from him and his employees. I sent in a 60" Samsung as part of an insurance deal because I had an extended warranty, so unfortunately the company sent out someone from this slime pit of a "store". After being told initially that the lines across my tv were an indication of the panel going out, and verified by the tech that came out and would have in back in four days. Well on the third day I called for an update and was told by the tech that is was in fact a fried panel and that we were just waiting on the insurance company to respond. Two day later they told me the same thing and it would be another couple days. So 8 days later I call and this time I talk to Ben, who tells me that nothing is wrong and that they couldn't get a good picture of it so they kept it for a "couple days" (in fact 5) to see if it happens again but it didn't so he'll call me tomorrow when he decides to bring it back. This dullard actually tried to tell me that the maybe the rattling in the back of the truck on the way over to his shop might've fixed it........I am not the most intelligent person out there, but I'm very sure that rattling in the back of a delivery van is not the prescribed or even possible cure for a bad LCD panel. Not sure why he has a different story from his techs, not sure why he kept if for so long if according to him and ONLY him that there was nothing wrong with it. What I do know and found out through HHGREGG is that he gets paid per day and since his shop is an hour and a half from my house that he gets paid extra for the distance. Read moreI would call sometimes I will be on hold but they don’t put me on hold and I would hear them argue and yell at each other .. they would sometimes answer the phone in a rude manner they’ll blame me for not answering the phone .. sometimes nice but sometimes really annoyed and bothered but what was worse was Every time they took my tv came back worse with some type of physical damage done to it they would take it fix it but then would have something else when it got back to me …. the guys that deliver the tvs would just show me in turned on when that was never the issue there rather then showing me what was fixed became really annoying every time my tv came back with some type of dent,scratch, or the power underneath the tv broken tvs are way to expensive to be treated like it’s any other piece of furniture . I give it 2 stars because they were able to maintain my screen intact with no scratches and overall were pretty respectful but would I go back ? And Ben does it with courtesy, kindness and finesse. He is remarkable. We have a 12-year-old Panasonic plasma television that we love because of great picture and sound. We thought we'd have to say goodbye to it. But I heard about Ben. He was confident he could fix it and, within a week, I got a call that repairs were complete. I got home, plugged it in and it was better than ever. And you know what? Late that afternoon, I got a call from Ben who wanted to make sure it was perfect and if we were happy with it. That's how much he cares. How rare is that? We were more than happy: we were excited and grateful. There is something special about Ben and his wife, who works with him.
