Worth a visit, you can find neat unusual things here or sometimes just what you needed. But it's really not what it used to be like before they moved. It was wonderland for many years, cases and cases of great quality vintage jewelry (they still have some,) the upstairs had fantastic quality vintage furniture. The change in the move from Heritage Trail Mall to Heritage Trail Mercantile, from Wilmette to Northfield has the benefit of being all one floor, but it seems more geared toward the decorating aspects than the one stop shop to find exactly what you need. Our house is still filled with treasures we have bought from them over the years, and it's worth a stop by to see if something should catch your eye. Incredible selection of stunning antiques. Don't be afraid there are pieces from 5000-5 dollars so it's great for any budget. The family who operates it is very kind and helpful.
