Nano Taco has been a beloved local spot for years, and its name perfectly captures what makes it unique. Their tacos are delightfully small, allowing you to try two, three, or even four different flavors in one sitting. It’s a fun way to explore a variety of tastes without overcommitting to just one option.
My personal favorite is the carne asada, though today it had a few too many raw onions for my liking. That said, the tacos al pastor are fantastic, and their guacamole is a must-try—it’s fresh, flavorful, and pairs well with everything.
Each taco costs around $4–$5, so a meal of three tacos comes to about $15. It’s an affordable price point, especially since you can adjust your order depending on your appetite. Not too hungry? Start with just one or two.
The space itself is simple but very clean, and the larger tables mean you might end up sharing with others. Many locals opt for takeout, which is also a great option if you’re in a hurry.
In short, Nano Taco is worth a visit. The food is consistently good, the prices are reasonable, and the portion sizes make it easy to customize your meal. Definitely give this place a try, and don’t skip...
Read moreTacos are ~$4.50 for ONE taco. A small food truck sized taco. The website and photos for delivery services in my opinion are purposely misleading, I thought I was getting 3 for that price. Capitalizing on the rich neighborhood I guess. These tacos, I got 2, thought 6, were honestly hilarious. I got the chicken and my fiancee and I could not stop laughing. It was a straight whole unseasoned chicken breast, not sliced or shedded lol. Just a slab of dry breast meat with bell pepper and cojita cheese, that's it. Then the pork taco was shredded but the added pineapple you'd think would be thinly sliced and charred, maybe a small cubed chutney. Not here, just a walnut sized 2 pieces on top of unseasoned dry pork. It felt like I was being pranked. I don't say this lightly or for dramatic effect, but genuinely the worst taco I've had in either taste or Mexican authenticity. The only thing that saves it is the burrito, which admittedly was good, I got the carne asada. Also, I got the guacamole and chips. Was mashed to a paste, served warm...
Read moreI used to count on Taco Nano for good food and service, but not anymore. I generally cut businesses some slack when they are having maybe an off day or something but it's happened twice now so now I feel I must do this review so maybe behavior will change and future customers won't be disappointed. I placed an order Saturday night for pick-up and they clearly had no interest in customer service. I walk in, no one is at the counter. I make contact with folks clearly having a good time in the back, they hand me my food and I go home. Food was clearly microwaved or something b/c it was not remotely warm and I live 5 minutes from there. Ordered guac and chips and they forgot to include the guac. So I call them to tell them and the person on the other end clearly didn't care, tells me they will refund me the guac which of course never happens. When you don't care about your customers, you should just close up shop. Food has been good in the past, but I'll find another...
