Did not get good service as usual. The two young ladies behind the counter, seemed annoyed when I asked them a question about a new game I wanted to purchase. They instantly told me they didn’t have it without checking and rushed me off. But was eager to help a customer that walked in the store that was the same race as them. Answered his every question and also told him have a good day. They decide to turn their backs and still make me wait a few minutes like I wasn’t a paying customer as well. Erin helped me, and she was awesome! She was very polite and knowledgeable. This location was out of stock of the Xbox Series X, but Erin was more than willing to call the other location to see if they had one available. I came back to this store later the same day because the 2nd location was out of College Football 25. Ordered a PS4 offline I guess the USPS doesn't go to the Northport location because the young lady lied to me about her taking it to the Post office to be delivered today why the package still setting in the store. Now this leads me to think is there really a system. Called the 1800 number sad never again going to return it the same day I get it....
