Subway — Restaurant in Northport

Out of tuna only cashier could mix a new batch apparently. I was asked to way one minute but not to wait while the two ladies continue to serve over eight more customers behind me. I am thinking there is someone in back mixing up the tuna. I heard the cashier say "Jesus" in a bad tone which offended me. Finally I step up to counter again yes in front of a male costumer whom had just walked into the store; only to be asked if they could serve him instead of getting herself to cashier or mixing up another tuna batch. Cashier finally goes to prepare new batch of tuna. I apologized to the man behind me and I told him that I had already waited through eight customers to be waited on ahead of me. I asked for the managers name and phone number.

Cashier calls manager to tell her side of the problem. They put me on the phone I asked for a number where I could talk privately. The female voice said the day shift hadn't made up a tuna mixture. I said that was not my problem. Finally the lady said she would give me ten percent discount because of my having to wait. She asked me to put the cashier back on the phone. The cashier told the person on the phone she wasn't giving me a discount. The cashier went to serving other customers. I asked the other server if the manger would be working the next day. She replied she didn't know.

The cashier disobeys her bosses instructions. I end up with no discount today. One day I will talk to the manger face to face.

This subway and others have stopped serving cheddar cheese. They only have the swedded cheddar cheese with American I guess mixed in with that. They claim cheddar is more expensive. This not really suitable to me.

After reading the other reviews maybe it is time we had a new manger at this location. I have noticed other locations don't have the customers they use to. Could it be the service the...

The least of my worries was the fact my toasted sandwich was cold, despite having JUST been made.

I sent my boyfriend inside to get our food since I was sick, and when he came back out he told me that the woman taking his order kept asking him judgey questions about our sandwiches. For the record, my boyfriend is overweight, but not overly so. Most of it is muscle. She kept asking him things like “are you sure you want that cheese?” “Are you sure you want this?” And she asked him multiple times “Are you sure you don’t want any veggies?” So, my boyfriend was fat shamed for getting what I asked him to and for just wanting a basic sandwich.

Nobody go here, especially if you’re recovering from an eating disorder or if you have a health condition that effects...

Lady working tonight at 7pm had a horrible attitude. Refuse d to serve us because she had an awful day of training. She came from behind the counter and blurted the N word and smacked her rear end when asked if she could change her gloves. She was very irate and I have never experienced such behavior. I just wanted to try the new melt. Unfortunately she was training a new employee who didn’t speak much English, she was also very rude to the lady who was only trying to learn her job.
