Second review: After multiple trips I had concerns about the temperature of the meat being served. I revisited this same location on a Saturday. You should be aware that the owner or someone representing the owner contacted me following my post. My earlier review can be seen below. To my amazement, on my most recent trip, the cheese in the cheeseburger was melted and the meat patty was hot and juicy. For this reason I am upgrading the stars in my initial review. The internal temperature of food is an importance aspect of food safety. It must always be taken seriously.
First review: I apologize in advance for this harsh review. After several trips one consistent fact is the meat patty and bun are never served hot enough to melt the cheese. I find the temperature of the meat served to me disturbing. Are precooked burger patties being stored at unsafe temperatures or is refrigerated cheese lowering the temperature of once hot patties? There is no way for a consumer to know. Many of my coworkers have similar temperature complaints and will no longer eat at this location. They feel that it is unsafe. I can only hope that this review will inspire someone to investigate the temperature of the cheeseburgers being served before the company loses additional business or someone becomes ill. I will revisit this location within the next 30 days to see if anything has improved. If so, I will reevaluate this review. Read moreWent through the drive thru to pick up a mobile order and was immediately greeted by someone with the worst attitude I’ve ever seen from a service worker, didn’t say hello, just opened the window and held out her hand as if she was asking for payment for something I had already paid for thru the app.
But that would be fine, we’ve all had bad days, it happens, i was going to just ignore it and go on, so I simply told her I had a mobile order and then asked my name, I said it, and then was immediately questioned like i was trying to steal someone else’s food. I was questioned 3 more times before I was handed my bag and left to drive away.
Again, I was just going to let it go, we all have bad days, however, I get back to my work, go to put my straw in my drink, and then realized, they never gave it to me. So I drive back, go to the window and try to let them know I never got my drink, was gonna tell them, that it’s okay, was just gonna wait for it, and instead was just yelled at that they’re doing drive thru only and then was ignored.
I never did get the drink I paid for and can’t dispute it from the app either.

Read moreI came to the drive and ordered a large fry. I got to the window and ask the cashier first was the fries fresh. She told me yes and asked for my money. I paid her and she handed me the fries. The fries were old, hard and greasy. I gave them back and told her to please cook them fresh and that I would park and walk to the pickup window. I parked my car and walked to the pickup window and the manager met me there and quickly handed me fries and closed the window in my face. Now I’ve been totally understanding because I asked for fresh fries and offered to walk up to pickup window, which I did. Only to still get greasy hard, hot fries. Not fresh!
