China Bob — Restaurant in Northport

I really enjoy going here. The food is always very tasty, and their portion sizes are very large. The owners are kind and sincere, and I really enjoy supporting their business. Their prices are very good. The Mongolian Beef is my current favorite dish. One thing that is very nice, is that their entire menu is available online, complete with pictures. This makes choosing your dishes much easier. You can also order online and even customize your dishes on their website. I think the thing that stands out to me the most about China Bob, is that every time I go there, it is impeccably clean. I feel good about eating from a place when you can see their kitchen floor is soapy, and someone is thoroughly disinfecting tables, as they were tonight. Seriously, impeccably clean … Not a fly, not a crumb, just sparkly clean. Keep up the good work and thanks for being a convenient place...

My friend and I placed a to go order on last night and when he got home it was prepared incorrectly! Called immediately to let them know that the food wasn’t done correctly after spending $30 and I was called a liar “even when I told them we had the receipt”. We didn’t ask for the money back we just asked for them to remake the food right and they tell me that I would have a discount, but we would have to pay lol. This place is a joke and I would NEVER eat there a day of my life! I recommend Swen Tuscaloosa or Northport, New China Fun or Mr. chen’s!! Ordered SS Chicken, lo mein, beef & brocolli. They are always fast and the food is hot and fresh! Very courteous and clean. I love that all the "extra" rice is fried, not steamed. You can order by phone, online or Waitr and similar apps. I wish the to-go boxes closed a little better...although they pack everything securely in the double bags, I've had sauce leak out the sides of the styrofoam containers.
