Dream Beauty Supply — Local services in Northwoods

I was at Dream beauty two days ago around 7PM when I walked in. The woman who had been restocking the shelves, was very sweet, polite, and greeted me at the door.

Now mind you the store is big, clean, and organized and you can see everything which I appreciate.

While I was there, the woman helped me with all of my questions about the hair care products I need for my hair. Her professionalism was phenomenal. And as a melanated Goddess, a lot of times melanated God's and Goddesses customer service is unprofessional. Especially here in St.Louis; but not hers though. She was so helpful and was patient and recommended the best product's considering she had also used a lot of the products that I bought, on her hair. Which is good because she knows from experience and not just telling me of a product that she have heard of that she "believes " would be good for my hair. There was other customers who came in after I did and she was just as sweet and kind to them as well.

I had purchased jewelry out of the casing and she was just as patient with assisting me with my selections of earrings.

And the manager(I believe he was because he was at the register), also very sweet, kind, and professional. The both of them had very welcoming spirits and that just brought me so much joy to be there. The jewelry I had also purchased and he put them in a separate bag for me so they would not be scratched up by the other products in my bag. My experience was so enjoyable and amazing that while I'm in St. Louis, this will be a beauty supply that I will always recomend and shop at.

I know that God is going to continue to bless those two who helped me as well as this beauty supply, and it's going to receieve more business as the years go on and will have more sweet and enjoyable employees work...

i go here every 2-3 weeks for lashes and eyebrows. usually they do a good job but last week they pissed me off so bad. They had a new lady on lashes and although she was nice she was inexperienced. she took about an hour to do my lashes and cut my brows too thin. when my lashes were finally complete i hated them they were ugly and miss placed/crisscrossed.when i went to the front to complain the manager stated that someone else could fix them. so i waited to get them fixed by someone else and she acted like she had an attitude. didn't "fix" my lashes just applied more glue and cut in some places. i went back to the front and requested my money back, i was told that i could have my lashes redone. THEY MADE ME PAY FOR THE LASHES AGAIN EVEN THOUGH ITS THEIR FAULT THEY WERE MESSED UP IN THE BEGINNING. i expressed my dissatisfaction but it didn't mean anything. i go here all the time... and all of them know me so for me to get treated like that was very disappointing. oh and i didn't dare leave a...

Me and my family were regulars here . Always spent money here . Last time I was in there wig shopping for my granny who has cancer !!! Me , my mom , granny & little brother! They watch us the whole time ! We purchase other items and On our way out , two polices came in . We didn’t think none of it til both came back out to stop us . They said that we took 2 $200 wigs !! Only person had a purse was my mother , she say “ you wanna check my purse officer “ . He didn’t even want to cause he knew we didn’t take nothing but he did anyway because my mother kept asking him too cause one thing we don’t do is steal ! One of the polices say “ I knew y’all could had took nothing , yall were walking out to slow . “! My mother a whole store Manger for a big company , have no reason to steal . Long story short , didn’t find nothing on either one of us . I haven’t been back since !! I stay around the corner and will literally pass them up to go take my money...
