Our experience was less than pleasant. The what appeared to be teenage sales clerks were more interested in looking at their self in the mirror and behaved as if our dress shopping were getting in their way. Still we found a dress. We purchased and paid in full for the $500 dress plus a separate fee for alterations. While this is not a large amount for some, it was for our middle income family. We purchased this dress in February and now we are 3 weeks away from my daughters prom and haven't received one call that her dress is ready. When we try to call we get no answer. Since we are a hour or so away, it doesn't make much sense to make the drive there if the dress isn't ready. While the selection is decent, the customer service is horrible. When we got inside we were the only ones shopping.The employees and store owner were gathered in a circle in the middle of the store just talking to each other and gossiping. None of them offered us any assistance and they acted like we were inconveniencing them by being there.
