I had taken my son here 1 other time for a hair cut that was mediocre at best, thought maybe it was just a possibly newer stylist that might not have a lot of experience yet. So a year later I take him back hopeful for better results and NO it was the worst haircut I've ever seen. You could see all cut lines, nothing was faded. There was still some long hairs on the side and the top looked like you set a two year old loose with scissors. I contacted customer service and was promised a response within 24 hours 7 Days later I'd still not received a response so called again and the only answer I got was they would try to reach out to them again. I just went yesterday and had my hair cut and I am not satisfied with it at all I am pretty upset about the way my hair looks he didnt it wet my hair he just started cutting on it and he didnt even style it so I can see the results he tells me when I get home and if I don't like it to come back and they will fix it will I went back today at 630 and she tells me that the manager need to approve it.. my hair looks like I chopped on it my self he gaped the back of my head and my right side has all the layers and my left side has none I will NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN YOU CAN COUNT ON IT ..!!
