My wife got a new iPhone 15 pro. We couldn’t get it to pull up any apps on her 2022 Honda CRV. She travels a lot, so she needed Google Maps to come up on her dash. We are older so she needed it to be big enough to see. Took it to the dealership they said bad cord. Chelsea was so amazing, after buying a new cord it still didn’t work. She made several trips back and forth, even an another new cord wouldn’t work. She finally got it to work. The time and effort she put into fixing my problem was absolutely incredible. I went early so there was no other customers waiting. She could have just sold me the cord, and been done with me. But she went way above her normal job requirements. They are more worried about their personal lives than dealing with customers. Ive been with verizion 11 years now and ive never had an experience like this. You dont call a customer a dinosaur. You dont make fun of a customer having a defective phone. And you do not tell the customer that because your sale rep didnt tell you a possible problem with the phone (which is well known by phone maker) its not their fault after you spent DAYS trying to get it fixed to calm down. Read moreWhen I walked into the store, I was not greeted or acknowledged by any of the staff, and waited at least 10 minutes before I spoke to an associate, at which point I was told that they would be a moment because they were helping a customer. I waited over 1 hr and 15 minutes without any communication at all from the staff, who were helping customers who appeared to be friends of theirs. I finally told the associates that I was unable to wait any longer and would have to come back another time. Their response was “Ok.” I’m debating whether or not I will actually do that because my experience was so bad.
