Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Norton

Everything I eat from here has been good but unfortunately I rarely get my order correct. I order breadsticks and every single time I order breadsticks except for once they make them as cheese sticks and then I have to wait for breadsticks. I even say on the phone to please make sure these are breadsticks because I keep getting cheese sticks. I assume that they're checking the order before they hand it to me because they made the order. Luckily, I checked when I got in my vehicle right away and didn't drive all the way back to Big Stone before I figured it out. I work in the hospitality industry and just word of advice please check your orders before you send them out. I have a very short lunch. And now I'm spending it waiting on food when the whole reason why I called ahead was so that it was ready when I got here.

I'm going to edit this review based on how the manager handled this situation. Originally I still gave the restaurant 4 stars but then I realized something the manager was standing there speaking to me when I'm carrying in these cheese sticks. It was the employee that was handling the situation better than the manager. Do you think he would have offered me a discount? No. Did he offer me the free cheese sticks or something to make up for the fact that I just spent a half an hour of my lunch time waiting on breadsticks? No. Did nothing. Ordered 2 pizzas with extra sauce and spent about $25. Someone in the back thought they would be a smart* and make both pizzas with no sauce at all. When I called the location they said since you didn’t get your extra sauce, you can have $5 off your next order. When I said but there is no sauce much less extra they just said there was nothing else they could do without general manager approval. I asked them to have the manager reach out to me and that never happened obviously. I’ve been coming to this place for 2 years and it’s never been this bad. Seeing the other recent reviews I wouldn’t be surprised if this place just closed down for good. Whoever made my order deserves to be terminated. I have never in my life received a pizza where they “forgot” the sauce so I am positive it was intentional. As far as these responses where they say "what can we do to make this right"? No one has ever reached out to me except to say we will discuss the situation with management at that location and we are sorry and hope you will give us another chance. Pizza Hut is as mediocre as can be. That is as polite as I can be. If this is taken down, I will find other ways to express my very sad opinion.

The salad bar was just ok. The best thing is their creamy Italian salad dressing. The pizza was ok at best. The marinara sauce in it was nothing special. Everything that was right about Pizza Hut is gone. I had 4 other pizza places to choose from, and by nostalgia, I chose Pizza Hut. Mistake....

I could have gone to a steak house cheaper. $30 counting tip. I most definitely will go to the four other local pizza places for a better meal.

Sorry, Pizza Hut, but you have seriously dropped the ball. Either revamp to what you use to be or shut down. I hate to be harsh, but you have fallen that far behind. I can better from local establishments. If you shut down, I do not think anyone would miss you.
