We ordered at 6:38pm combo#4, after 40 minutes & me seeing everyone who ordered after me get their food I went to ask how much longer it would be the lady points to the pickup window I told her my foods not there I'm just asking how much longer will it be cause my son with Autism was really hungry she wouldn't go ask until I asked for a manager and turned out she was the manager she comes back and says 3 minutes cause of the wings it takes longer she says (order has 3 wings on the platter). finally after 5 min the pager goes off I look at the food the tiniest wings and bread sticks were probably the smallest I've seen compared to the ones I got in La Mirada & the pizza and very few pepperonis & spots that had zero to little cheese and it was not stuffed crust like I ordered & it was also missing pineapple that I paid more for I tell the manager and she was extremely rude, was not being helpful until I said I was calling corporate she had the pizza remade & my kids waited 1hr at 25 minutes to eat by this time our visit was no longer enjoyable my son was crying, my daughters were fussy & it absolutely made this experience uncomfortable, I left with a huge headache, mad kids, and I spent $132.36 to have some ladies poor attitude ruin my experience at what used to be my favorite location.
I forgot to mention the salad bar I paid $11.99 for the salad bar there was no eggs, no croutons, no lettuce so they mixed the lettuce with spinach, and it was a lot more spinach in that lettuce bowl than lettuce. If you pay for a salad bar $11.99 plus tax and can't get lettuce for your salad or your out of ingredients they shouldn't sell it to you or they can at least warn you so you can decide to...
Read moreI usually dont comment on anywhere else i go no matter what service i have experience. But this one i totally not recommend! I came with my husband and my son. ordered pizza, wings, drinks and token first at the register. We been waiting like anybody else but turns out we been waiting for an hour already i noticed they have serve food to everyone else before us but we where there first. Its been 4 tables already and what did we order different from anybody else for them to take that long? I asked the guy thats been serving food he didnt even stop walking and just said its coming! I waited for a bit again since he said its coming but its been 10 mins. I went to the register fall in line again like everyone else. I told the lady i want to cancel my order since we been waiting long she said the order is ready but i dont want it anymore since we need to be somewhere else. She went to the other cashier and tell her about it. And that cashier looked at me then gave me a look of dissapointed. I waited 10 more minutes again before they give me back my money. Then she didnt gave me the right change i have to ask somebody else if i can speak to the manager and there i am so surprise he radioed somebody about the problem im still infront of him and he told the person on the radio "she looked pissed" i am speaking very politely to them but they all have attitude! So they explain to me why my change is like that because they charge me for drink i didnt...
Read moreMy first adventure to this locale was quite an interesting experience. Arriving around 3 pm, there was a slight delay as we waited for someone to greet us at the entrance and stamp our hands. Once inside, our attempt to place our food order was met with a similar wait of about 5 minutes before any staff appeared. Eventually, a friendly cashier came to our rescue.
Our patience was tested as we waited for what felt like an eternity—30 minutes, to be exact—for just one pizza to grace our table. Sadly, the pizza did not live up to our expectations; it was far from delightful, and I dare say that any frozen Digiorno pizza would have been a more satisfying choice.
To add to our woes, the ice machines were empty, and it took them quite a while to refill, even after my request, leaving me to munch on my dry pizza in disappointment.
However, there was a silver lining amidst this experience. The place boasted a spacious Chuck E Cheese with an abundance of games to keep the kids entertained. To my surprise, none of the arcade games were out of order, which was a pleasant change of pace.
When it was finally time to bid this establishment adieu, it took an additional 5 minutes to be released, as they took their time to come aid us in the their meticulous blacklight wristband check. Perhaps with a different set of staff, my visit would have been...
