WaBa Grill — Restaurant in Norwalk

On July 6th at 6:08 p.m. ordered Bowl and added avocado; it had black Parts on it I took a picture I sure did the person when I place another order today to please do not put up a, that's black. She told the other girl with a ponytail and curly hair and she made a face sarcastically and I'll hurt her tell the cook not going to eat black avocado. So the girl that was preparing the food I showed her the photographs on my phone and she said to my surprise: " there's nothing I can do that's how we sell it". I did not appreciate that answer and I spoke with the cook and he had the right attitude indicating that the girl was in error of her attitude and he was sorry that we got the black avocado on the last order. People shouldn't get fired they should get retrained; but more importantly, people that get hired need to have the right attitude and food service it's not an easy job--- dealingwith people. Not once but three times it took for me to actually write this. . The manager "Ashley" is very rude and lazy. I dont understand how it is an issue for her cook dumplings. Using the same line. We only have 5left.she needs to do her job. I was told by another employee(sweetheart) to order it online because they cant turn down that order. So my order was for pick up and I dont mind waiting. But I was sitting there and she had the nerve to ask if im waiting for an order . i said yes.for. Pick up. She said sorry we dont have any orders for pick up. So i wanted to show her the confirmation order on my phone so we can figure out if It was wrong. But she didnt bother coming to see it. So another employee again had to let me know my order is almost done. Well. I dont know what her problem is. She needs to leave her personal problems at home...

I eat here all the time when in the area and never had a serious complaint or issue but the other day I ordered a beef plate with avocado and white rice, but what I received was brown rice, no avocado as well as a not so "fresh" orange and no dressing on the salad. When called they said they would credit me a bowl (not a plate) the next time I came in which I was fine with but when I came in they said we can't give you a bowl but we can give you some avocado, like why would I drive back up for avocado? The cook seemed as if he didn't care as I explained and personally I don't get confrontational with the ones handling my food as it would give me a uncomfortable feeling after receiving it. I feel as if I have to find a new Waba...
