My mom purchased a dog jersey at Rally house for Christmas (I was with her so I know she bought it there). Upon donning the Jersey on my dog, it was much too small. I removed the tags or receipt as I thought I would keep it. I wanted to exchange it for a larger size at this Rally house and a manager said I could do that (without tags or receipt) but they didnât have a larger size. So, I looked at multiple other rally houses but no one had them in stock (they had smaller sizes but not larger sizes). I went to other rally houses to try to find a larger size but they were all sold out. So, I returned to this Rally house and tried to exchange it for something else since no one had a larger size. I understood that it may not be possible and was prepared to be told such. When the manager came to the register to help me, she asserted that they have never had that kind of dog jersey and then would not grant an exchange. Itâs fine that they wouldnât do the exchange. But, I am dissapppinted that when I explained that they did, in fact, have the jersey (they just didnât have a larger size) she dismissed me and said no they didnât. I was literally in that store speaking wtih another manager a week prior. She insisted that the dog jersey wasnât even from a Rally House at all. I understand that the jersey couldnât be returned but the way she treated me was disappointing to say the least. She treated me as if I was crazy or trying to make a faulty return. She also disregarded what another manager told me as if my experience never happened. I am very reluctant to go back because I no longer feel comfortable interacting with the staff. I hope my experience was a one time incident for this manager, otherwise there are many others who feel dissapppinted and possibly even a bit gaslighted. Her behavior was not good...

Received notice that order had shipped, but after checking every day for the tracking status and no info was available, I called customer service and was told to wait ten days and if I donât see any tracking info, or receive the order, call them. Never received any tracking information so after two weeks, I called customer service and asked for a refund which they did give me a refund, but could offer no explanation why the order was never shipped. Then they subtracted postage from my refund so I had to call them again to get a full refund....

I had not bought a Bearcats logo shirt in a while and due to weight loss I needed to get a size that looked good. This I accmplished.
