Disappointing Starbucks Sandwich Experience
I recently visited Starbucks with the hope of enjoying a satisfying breakfast, only to encounter a disappointing experience that compelled me to share my feedback.
The breakfast sandwich I ordered lacked the quality I've come to expect from Starbucks. The bread was soggy and split to the point of, overshadowing the intended soft and enjoyable texture. Furthermore, the filling seemed haphazardly assembled, with uneven distribution and a noticeable lack of freshness.
What should have been a delightful morning meal turned into a regrettable experience. The anticipation of a flavorful and well-crafted sandwich was replaced with the realization that the execution fell far below the standards I associate with Starbucks.
I value the consistency and quality that Starbucks usually provides, and this experience was a departure from that expectation. I hope this feedback serves as a constructive reminder to maintain the high standards customers have come to expect, particularly in the preparation of breakfast items.

This is not a one-time experience - it’s consistent. Today, as I waited literally 30 minutes for my latte and egg white wrap, I heard at least 6 orders that were sent back as wrong. After asking about my order when 5 people who ordered after me got theirs, the woman at the counter argued with me about them being mobile orders (they weren’t). My order was wrong. They didn’t have my name on it. Had to wait longer while they redid it. Just could not believe the horrible service, length of wait time, and arguing with me (I was right, by the way). I’ve always had a bad experience here but today seals the deal and I will not go back. I got no apology - just 40 minutes less in my day, and an aggravating start to the morning. I go to Starbucks 4x a week and so I know what I am ordering & how to order, She for some reason was trying to explain my order to me & sizes I’m looking confused like what is happening right now! I had to say I order this daily just not at this location! She then put my name wrong on my order! Which I didn’t appreciate because I actually spelled my name and it was only 3 letters. Second I love a nice smooth sweet Vanilla cold brew! The easiest drink on the menu! Lord knows I love cold brew! When I say this was the worst Vanilla cream cold brew I ever had I mean that with my soul! I couldn’t even drink it I tossed it out! That was my first and last time going to that Starbucks!
