My puppy's 1st Birthday was RUINED!! Long story short I have purchased many items from here prior to getting what I thought was a great Birthday cake for my puppy. I was very disappointed after buying an engraved "bone shaped biscuit" for my 1yr old 20lb Mini Goldendoodle's 1st Birthday. I wasn't told that the item I was purchasing wasn't ment for puppy's (in my opinion only a huge dog with massive teeth could eat this)at the time of purchase. The next day I tried to give this "biscuit" to my puppy & I couldn't break it apart nor could I cut it with a knive. Needless to say NO PUPPY of 20lbs would ever be able to enjoy it. I called SEVERAL TIMES with no response from the owner 4weeks passed & she called me blaming me for choosing the wrong item. I was quite confused I didn't work there how was I to know the biscuits were ROCK HARD!! She continued to blame me and then when I asked for a refund $19.00 + tax she said NO! I asked why & she basically went back to blaming me and said i choose the wrong item. She then said that she could give me a mini cupcake "this time". I asked how much was the cup cake she said $3.25. I said I spent $19 and your going to give my $3.25? She said yes and that's it!! I was so frustrated & upset my pup's birthday was already RUINED because of Three Dogs Bakery & now the owner was blaming me & didn't want to make it right. She finally said I'll give you 2 cupcakes (3.25 × 2) and no more. Needless to say I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THREE DOGS BAKERY CINCY...

The experience was great, Customer service great as well.. we took our 2 small male chihuahuas on Sunday the 23rd because it was there birthdays. We got a little bit of everything, including ice-cream. I dont know what this place use for there dogs bake, snacks etc.. but my 2 dogs hatted every one of the snacks we bought for them.. had to throw away, and the prices are way to ridiculous high. What a waist of $$$$$$. I don't recommend this place at all. Your better off buying your baby's big snack bags from CHEWY.. this is what I got for my baby's, plus an ice-cream that cost $11.00 dollars. Total cost about $42.04 dollars. I absolutely love this place! Amazing bakery style treats that your pup is sure to love. Huge variety and you can buy in very small quantities, they even sell individual treats so you can figure out what your dog's favorite is without buying a whole box. Yay! If you have a picky fur baby the staff are super knowledgeable and will guide you to any specifics you are looking for. They also have grain-free treats.
