My husband came to this store to get a tux for our vow renewal. We came a month early, before our event. Travis took his measurements, we discussed the colors that we needed, and he paid cash for the rental. Fast forward to Thursday, 5/13. 2 days before our event, Saturday, May 15. I pick the tux up because my husband is working. I didn't look at the suit before we leave, nor was I offered to look at it. Of course, we're trusting that the bag will have exactly what we need. Open the bag, and the suit jacket is the wrong color! And the vest! Okay, I call the next day and talk to Travis. He ordered the "correct" color suit jacket and vest and it's here Saturday morning, the day of our event. My husband tries it on while he's there. Guess what? The jacket is too big! Oh and how convenient that that's the only size suit jacket they have in the store. And the vest too big! And how convenient that that's also the only size they have in the store and there was not anything in the back to atleast tighten that. They definitely digged in some old boxes and gave my husband the deacons Sunday outfit. Of course at this point, he has no choice to wear it. Turns out the collar shirt is also the deacons! Too damn big. I had to put safety pins through the shirt, vest, and the damn suit jacket. And the pants were baggy at the bottom! So, we go to the store today, Sunday. Of course to return the tuxes but to get a refund. You didn't render the service as promised! That should be clear as day!! Instead, the "manager" for the day wants to argue and debate. It got to the point where I had to ask if he was going to give us a refund, or do we just leave the store. Oh, and how convenient that they only have $50 in the store so the refund would have to be mailed to us in check form. Joseph, take your employees through diversity and customer service training AGAIN. Also, retrain your employees on how to take their measurements. Nothing fit his body! The shirt said 2x on it! No way it was custom. Mr. Tuxedo and the Men's Warehouse would never! Thank you for almost ruining one of the happiest days...
Read moreDo not go here. The workers are rude if you don't praise them to no end and just because I asked to talk to a guy about my male body I got the cold shoulder from everyone because WoMeN aRe GoOd aT fAsHiOn too but nobody ever said that. Yea, you COULD go see a male gynecologist, but it makes more sense to see someone who is more like you. The fact that I have to be talked down upon and being rude to by people who can't get that shows all I am is a sale to them. Then I asked for a suit and they ordered it and sent me a voice mail only for no one to know where it is. WHY DID YOU SEND ME A VOICE MAIL ABOUT IT SAYING YOU HAD IT AND MADE ME COME ALL THE WAY OUT HERE. I HATE how I get talked down to because all I asked was that I felt more comfortable talking about my body to someone of the same gender. Apparently, that's too much. I'm not happy. I spend hours in this store, and I don't like how I get passed on just because I said I was more comfortable with talking to my same gender ONE TIME. after this, I looked on Google and saw the other one stars, and based on how I was treated for feeling uncomfortable, opening up to women about my male body, they make sense. You'll need to smile in their face and praise them. Otherwise, you won't get helped, and they won't try to help you. I'm very disappointed. I REALLY wanted to buy suits from here and buy the one I was called about and told me was here. I even still have the voice mail. After experiencing their attitude towards someone they don't like for not 1000% trusting you right off the bat for no other reason than they deserve it just because they do I can say they aren't really here to help you but mostly here just to sell you stuff and treat you...
Read moreWhatever you do, do not rent suits through this store. This customer service was so bad I am leaving my first review of my whole life. They tell you whatever you want to hear to get you out of the store and then call you with issue after issue and charge you extreme late fees for what they told you you could already do. We got out of most of the late fees and had issues resolved as best as we could but it wasn’t without stress and the store never ordered 2 groomsmen’s suits that got fitted so they got suits but they were entirely the wrong size and they were so uncomfortable in suits they paid for at the fault of the store. I have more to say but I will stop so people finish this and know not to go here!! Make the extra trip to crestview hills town center they were awesome and helped us fix what rook wood wouldn’t!!
Extra info! We communicated and were very upfront with having a destination wedding they said all was well and they set it all up. Only for them to claim we never said that we were to pay 100s in late fees and couldn’t get the suits early because that’s not their policy. They then never charged or ordered 2 groomsmen’s suits which we found out when we went to pick up the grooms suits. They got the issue remedied with getting them suits but they of course were not the correct sizes because they were not ordered in time. They then tried to charge late fees upon drop off after many times into the store and on calls to say it was...
