Very disappointed. Mike was helpful but whoever the jeweler is that fixed the items was awful. I brought my engagement ring in for a small diamond replacement after it had fallen out, and in the process they “chipped another diamond and did not notice”. I believe that they took one of my diamonds and replaced it with a lower quality one. It was yellow compared to all the rest.
