My husband and I were shopping for two new ceiling fans. We looked online because it's so convenient. But I was driving by Michigan Chandelier and decided to go in.

The benefit of using a Michigan Chandelier is that they knew all of the questions to ask so we had all the parts to install the fans when they arrived. We needed special ceiling mounts for a sloped ceiling and unique downrod's. And, the prices were exactly the same as online!!

This really emphasized the benefit of using a local store. The customer service is amazing! I would definitely recommend them to anybody looking for beautiful fans...

I drove in from Brighton, MI with high hopes to purchase three chandeliers. We have been blessed to have a large budget to splurge on our newly built home. My husband and I walked in and immediately found a perfect large chandelier for our foyer. There were two women sitting behind a desk and to our surprise no one greeted us. They both seemed so disinterested in helping us. We walked around the showroom hoping they were just busy. We searched all websites to find the lighting we wanted for a master bath remodeling and Michigan Chandelier by far had the best selection available. We had a problem by mistakenly ordering the wrong finish on the fixtures we chose and had to cancel that order and reorder the right ones. Even though they have certain policies for a problem such as this, they decided that customer service was a priority rather than penalizing for mistakes by the customer. Great company to work with and the best selection for any fixture you may need. I will only consider this store for future...
