First off watch out for dog poop inside around blow up bounce things. We had to ask staff to clean it up and no apologies or anything was given or even cared about. Took my 2 kids here for a fun day out of the heat and sun and came across this place. There is 4 blow ups the kids can play on which was fun but we weren't advised a party would be going on and after paying to play all day we were only able to play an hour as there were older boys above the age range running and jumping over sides of the bounce blow ups and chasing each other almost running my kids over. Arcade games and tokens are easy over priced for how many tickets you win back and their prizes are outrageous to win with the ticket amounts. Not a place I would visit again.
Thank you for your complete review where all is a lie. I paid more than 5 dollars a piece is is 12.99 a piece. The staff never once apologized or said anything about a service animal or anything at that matter and I'm glad you knew no one over 8 was in there when I'm sure the 2 boys running around like fools were taller than me and were clearly older than 8. I will not be returning to your facility nor referring anyone else especially with all of your false responses and this is exactly why I didn't call because it does bo good with people like you. You are a business an i am able to review my opinion and how our time was there. Thank you and...
Read moreDo NOT recommend for little kids. We have a 2 and 4 yrold girl's. We wasn't there for an hour and tons of people started showing up and their kids were rude, big and running over each other... one boy got hit in the chest and started crying himself ( looked to be about age 9 to 12 ) They knocked our 2 yr old over twice, even tho I was right with her and I would get infront of her, another kid would come from behind. I finally talked to the guy working yesterday 10/18/25 @ 1pm and told him that our 14 yr old son was trying to protect our 4 yr old while my spouse and I was trying to protect our 2 yr old and could we please get some type of refund ( even $20 our of our $70-$80 ) we spent because he said there was nothing he could do- that it was a birthday party and they had free run. He couldn't even talk to the parent to ask them to watch their kids.
We went yesterday because their Facebook post made it sound like there was going to be face painting, games, halloween stuff ect ect. Found out that was done the road and separate from them and their building....
They were wayyyyy better when in the mall. !!!! Safer!!!
It's honestly NOT safe when no one cares when kids age 9 to maybe 16 ( one of the girls looked 16 ) just runs around and knocks into everyone... I can't believe they haven't been sued yet. Don't waste your money, if you truly care about...
Read moreOkay for the price but not good for kids under 4 years old, kids with physical limitations, or parents/guardians with any physical limitations. Everything is packed very close together and seating is incredibly limited, unless you’re having a party. My older child, 4 years old, had fun and was able to go about and do things pretty independently but if he was any younger he would have had a lot of difficulty doing much of anything since adults can’t help them. They did have 2 inflatables that my younger child could play on but I had a very hard time keeping an eye on him due to being only 5’ tall and the viewing windows being positioned at about 4.5-5’ high. There was nothing available to step up on to allow me to see over the inflatables window edge so a nice addition would be a step up around the viewing windows for those of us who are vertically challenged. Not being able to see my child very well was something that was stressful for me since there were other kids playing and I was worried about my little one getting trampled. Luckily the other children were very kind and respectful of my little one and things went well. There was also no staff members monitoring anything… the concession stand had no staff and there was only one bathroom/toilet which made for long wait times which is also challenging with young kids that struggle...
