Most disappointing golf experience of my life. I have had the luxury of taking annual golf vacations for many years including Pebble Beach, TPC Sawgrass, TPC Scottdale, Grand Cypress and many lesser known (and less expensive) public courses. Let me tell you about Coral Creek. I arrived only 10-15 minutes before my tee time due to a traffic accident on the H1. While trying to hurry, I watched 3-4 bag boys joking around while I unloaded my clubs at the bag drop. I then walked around for a bit trying to find the pro shop. Again, no help. The pro shop took 10 minutes to run my credit card 5 times, making 5 different errors in coding merchandise. I run out to the starter whose is telling another group about how I should have arrived 10-15 minutes before my tee time. No communication between pro shop and starter. Now I am ready to load my own bags onto a cart and get going. Bag boy tells me to "hang loose" as I have missed my tee time. With 10 empty carts in front of me he goes around back and gets another cart and tells me to "use this one". He then proceeds to chastize me about arriving earlier so "his tee times" don't get backed up. He then tells me, "You will be be playing behind a bunch of Asians so get ready for a long day." I think that is very disrespectful and his whole attitude was the worst customer service I have ever seen. Four holes into the round we have a course Marshall "lurking" behind us. You know what I mean by "lurking". Some clubs have courteous Player Assistants. Coral Creek has Marshalls to push you through your round. We are twosome playing behind two foresomes. We are having no trouble keeping up. Hole 12 our specially selected cart runs out of power. If we are not going downhill, we are pushing the cart around the course. No sign of the the Marshall now! No sign of the club cart ALL day. Thankfully, hole16 tees off next to the cart barn. We ask to change carts. Same bag boy with the same attitude reluctantly gives us another cart. Hole 16 approach shot - Marshall shows up again. As we are approaching the tee box on hole 17 - the Marshall is moving the blue tee markers to the back of the black tee boxes. Are you kidding me? We finish the round with 3-4 bag boys still having lots of fun and no interest in helping us with our clubs or bags. We also played Ko'Olau, Hawaii Prince and Royal Kunia each twice. Great courses and more important they know the importance of basic customer service. If you want a relaxing vacation, stay away from Coral Creek.

Course was a really fun place to play, challenging but totally do-able even for higher handicap players. The greens were not consistent though, some fast, some slow and hardly a straight putt to be had on this particular day as pin placements were tough. Their staff is really friendly and helpful. The restaurant has pretty good food and is competitive in pricing for the quality you receive. Restaurant personnel also super nice and on it. Word of caution concerning parking lot. Husband played there in October and had his truck broken into even though he was parked in the front row which is super bold of the thief for sure. No one in our golf club experienced any issues on this particular day. Nice facilities and restrooms on course as well. Wish they had better "next hole" type arrow directional signs. Not a problem for me, I've been here many times, but might be confusing for first timers...

I’ve tried to give this course many chances thinking it was just a bad day there. We golfed there yesterday and it I decide it was best to never return. Certain staff can be rude and the way they follow you at the end of the day I do not like. Especially when we have plenty time to finish the course. I’ve been told “you need to hurry up” when we had plenty of time to finish the last two holes before cart return. I golf with my son who does well at keeping up but this place is not a kid friendly course!!!! Putting greens are like rubber. I had balls sticking greens and bouncing 8’ feet up!!! It was crazy. Spin on the ball and it rolls 25’ Gave this place like 5-7 chances but I we won’t be returning under any circumstances. Not even free rounds would get me to come back...

Course has a fun and intriguing layout. The greens are small and usually elevated. The customer service at the clubhouse was good. The starter got me out fast. The course however was pretty beat up. Lots of mower tracks and long weeds throughout. There was some spots where it was tough to tell what was fairway and what was rough from the tee box. The greens were rough. It was tough to truly count my score because they were very sandy with lots of dead grass. However it’s on the cheaper end of the spectrum for the island. Not a bad time but there is better.

We went here for breakfast and were very satisfied. The corn beef has was a highlight as well as the French toast. Coffee is very good as well. Eggs over easy were cooked correctly...most places over cook them. Watched the Master"s, enjoyed omelettes, and coffee. The price is great for what you get. Plenty of seating with a nice view and comfortable temperature. Will recommend for those who enjoy a good value and very tasty breakfast.

Fun course with nice par 3's, some fun and challenging par 4's, and narrow par 5's. Condition is getting much better. Greens roll fast. Great value for their local kama'aina prices. Has a concession cart and nice restaurant also. There is also a nice large covered range with mats that is lit at night until 9 pm. Nice chipping practice greens and a very large putting practice green. Staff is welcoming and friendly.
