It’s great customer service but the only problem is they do whatever order pops up on screen first. I work at the Foodland next door and waited TEN MINUTES just for ONE ITEM. The mobile orders they did had five to six items. It’s BEEN LIKE THIS FOR PAST THREE DAYS. THEY EVEN GAVE ME THE WRONG SMOOTHIE! They fixed though but There wasn’t any bits of mangos. I ordered a mango go go like usual but fir the past THREE DAYS there WASN’T ANY BITS OF MANGO!!! I know there’s SUPPOSED TO BE SOME MANGO BITS IN THERE!! They even said if contains mango bits when I first went to jumbo juice back in 2012 when I visited. Just POOR...
   Read moreMy first time and that was last month, i bought my greens and ginger here they didnt blend the ginger well and i couldn't suck my juice from the straw because of blocks of ice n ginger. So today i was so thirsty and because this jamba juice is close to where i live. So i tried again thought that they wud do it better. But when i sucked my juice it was too bitter of too much lemons n no taste of ginger at all. Please change the employees for this store and be like the workers at Waikele..    Read moreTried ordering online AND on the app. Keep getting an ERROR VALIDATING BASKET. Then tried calling and no one answered the phone for 30 minutes. Finally went down and ordered and waited another 10 minutes.
So I contacted customer service and they explained that the error means the items aren't available at that location and that I should try another location or phone order.
Well I did both and I got the same error AND no one answered the phone!
