So it is ramen. It is also much better than daiichi ramen. That said it is average level ramen. Some of the booths at Shirokiya have better. Noodles were not chewy enough and the broth which should be the highlight of the dish was honestly disappointing. The meat was a bit tough, chewy, and a bit salty. The egg which should be soft boiled in the center was hard boiled. It is better then the stuff you will make at home, but is not the religious experience that I have had in Japan at some of the hole in the wall places I like. As for the fried rice, pass on it. The gyoza was not bad a 4/5 good flavor but they should use a bit of egg/flour so the center ingredients hold together better.

Ramen Ya is mine and my husband's go to spot for lunch,it's reasonably priced. In fact I haven't noticed much of a price jump unlike everywhere else. The food is always amazing. I've been to this particular location twice, and it's no exception. The food is top notch, the service is fast and the restaurant is nice and clean. Today I tried the seafood crispy noodles and ,wow! It's delicious and the portion is HUGE,I was pleasantly surprised. Definitely come here if you haven't, its worth it.

Great spot to grab some good food! Nothing too expensive either so you could order multiple dishes if you wanted. Good atmosphere and the customer service was excellent. Not crowded at all and I went during lunch. This is definitely a go-to if you're in the area and wanting some good Asian food!

I dont even know how to express what I ate in a review. When a person goes to eat ramen at a restaurant you expect something more than the ramen noodles you find in your own kitchen. The beef had no flavor and reminds me of the steak strips you buy in the freezer aisle. It appears they are literally just microwaved and thrown in the broth. Staff should express that the egg is hard boiled in soy sauce, because gross. Maybe I'm just spoiled from actual ramen in Japan, but the egg is soft boiled and actually adds to the flavor of the meal. The gyoza was flash fried, so one side is sticky steamed and the other is on the verge of burnt. It was the best part of the meal. I don't know how this chain has won so many awards when other ramen spots locally outshine them easily. Would...

More value for money! Awesome food, big savory portions! It’s also a family-friendly place! They recently added toys and a stuff toy vending machine for the little ones. If you are dining in, the ambiance is cozy, they have their own restroom. Tables are big and can accomodate bigger groups if needed. I always order from them either from Uber Eats or in-person at the restaurant for dine-in or take out! Staff is very friendly! I love going to this restaurant. It’s also close to Long’s and Foodland so if you have errands to run, everything is in one...
