Absolutely love this place and recommend I just wish there wasn’t a language barrier. I’m deaf in one ear and the lady that does the facial scan is soft spoken I can’t hear anything she says ever and never get my questions answered! I also don’t think they’re understanding what I want. I keep leaving with the same sunspots that I’m trying to get rid of and little bumps on my face so I’m not sure what procedure this is if it’s a face peel etc?! If I do get face peel is it going to be painful? How long will I look bad? like those simple questions I wasn’t getting answered. Also, I don’t know what the thing is that they put on my face. It was kind of burning. I felt like they walked away way Without even explaining what that is and what it’s doing . I just need guided through this process a little bit better. However the overall experience in the massage is quite pleasant and I also love the atmosphere.
