I got a matching frappe with brown sugar and boba here, and it was AMAZING. There were literal mouthfuls of boba in the drink, but they were still perfectly balanced with the amount of frappe. There's a sign in there that says "quality drinks take time, so please be patient," or something along those lines, and they aren't bluffing about the quality! They also sell novelty products, including some "anime dollar bills" featuring tons of beloved anime characters (and Lilo and Stitch, amongst some other characters that aren't anime characters). Azaraya, my barista, provided me with a lovely experience from walking in the door to leaving the establishment. She was very personable and happy to provide an example of her own favorite beverage and whether she thought what I was asking for would be good or not. The tea was so delicious I forgot to take pictures. Highly recommend this location! There was little to no traffic so I was able to take my time ordering. The ladies behind the counter shared their preferences and I'm so happy I asked. I only wish they still had some desserts. When we came, they were sold out so we couldn't try any.

Either way, we got the boba we wanted and we will be back for more.

Good small location that serves the residents that live close by. It’s away from malls and such so not too much wait time as foot traffic is light. However, each time I have visited the AC has been somewhat not working well. So if the wait is long it does feel hot.
